The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 metres away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking or biking distance. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the Hooksiel indoor seawater wave pool, the Friesland-Therme, and the 2,500-square-meter Thalasso Meeres SPA in Horumersiel, as well as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace.
