The “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn offers tastefully decorated holiday apartments located between the Baltic Sea and the city forest. The Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in Building 1, kbds1-33, measuring 48 square metres and featuring a beautiful, spacious balcony (loggia), is suitable for 5 people and a family dog.

Location
The corner holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building 1, Entrance B, on the west and south sides of the resort. The beautiful sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away.

Amenities
The non-smoking apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 2.00 m), a children’s room with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 2.00 m), a living area with a sleeper sofa and a TV/hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV (40 inches), a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a beautiful, spacious balcony or loggia with a view of the countryside to the west.
The holiday rental is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and freezer. The apartment features free Wi-Fi.
A cot can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. The cot can be placed in the children’s room.

Special Features
The holiday complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of each year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

In addition, a free parking space is available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.

Feel free to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the premises, as well as the dressing gown rental service at the service office. Your dog is welcome!
