Aufgrund der NĂ€he zum Kurpark und dem dortigen Baumbestand, befindet man sich inmitten vieler verschiedener Vogelarten, die teilweise auch nachts recht aktiv sind. Daran kann man sich aber schnell gewöhnen. Insgesamt waren wir selten so zufrieden mit einer Unterkunft. Die Wohnungsverwaltung durch Herrn Bruno ist perfekt und lĂ€sst nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig.

Tolle Unterkunft!!!

Wir (PĂ€rchen) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der kleinen Möwe 2. Die Ausstattung gab her was das Herz begehrte. Die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, diese Wohnung wĂŒrden wir definitiv noch einmal buchen.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Man fĂŒhlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist fĂŒr Norderney perfekt, in der Stadt und doch etwas außerhalb vom Trubel. Alles ist ebenerdig auch der Fahrradabstellraum. Klasse ist auch, dass man die Möglichkeit hat, bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superzentral gelegen, nah am Kurplatz, FußgĂ€ngerzone und Restaurants; BĂ€cker gleich um die Ecke ebnso die Bushaltestelle fĂŒr alle Linien. Kleiner Wermutstropfen fĂŒr gerĂ€uschempfindliche Personen: auch in Hörweite der Konzertmuschel und einer Pizzeria. Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung von der KĂŒche bis zur Terrasse. Kleines FeWo-Starterkit mit Toilettenpapier usw. war vorhanden. Es blieben keine WĂŒnsche offen bis hin zum Fahrradabstellraum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter einschließlich SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nur Positives zu berichten: Unkomplizierter Check-In ebenso wie sehr einfacher Check-Out. Schöne Wohnung, die hochwertig mit gutem Geschirr, Induktionsherd, Profi-Backofen samt Mikro, SpĂŒlmaschine, prima Gartenmöbeln, elektischer Sonnenmarkise (super!) und einem modernen TV ausgestattet ist. Ausserdem gemĂŒtlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, schöner, eingewachsener Garten. Lage perfekt - ruhige Seitenstrasse, trotzdem sofort mittendrin im Geschehen. Es hat nichts gefehlt und es hĂ€tte nicht besser sein können. Toll fand ich auch, dass von allen GerĂ€ten eine ordentliche Gebrauchsanleitung vorhanden war.
