Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, vom netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter der Persönlich raus kam als die Heizung nicht ging, bis hin zur Wohnung war alles perfekt. Sehr nah gelegen zum Weststrand, und zur City. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden freundlich vom Gastgeber begrĂŒĂŸt und fanden eine saubere freundliche Wohnung vor. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nicht weit vom Strand und NĂ€he bei Kurpark und den zahlreichen Restaurants. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es gab leider nur ein sehr schwaches W-WLAN, darum waren auch im TV die Mediathemen nicht erreichbar, ebenso die Streamingdienste. Allerdings gibt es dieses Problem generell auf Norderney. So war z.B. manchmal Kartenzahlung nicht möglich oder dauerte zu lange, weil kein WLAN möglich war. Aber alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Dankeschön

Kritik an der Ausstattung der Betten

Der Komfort der Betten war fĂŒr mich/uns miserabel. Matratze Schaumstoffbrett, Kissen kompakt, viel zu hart, Bettlaken und Zudecke ein Wust aus Stoff, noch niemals in dieser Form in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt.

Nette kleine Wohnung in StrandnĂ€he (Fußweg ca. 3 Minuten). Das Zentrum, sowie alle wichtigen GeschĂ€fte (BĂ€cker, Discounter) sind auch fußlĂ€ufig schnell erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so in einer Woche benötigt. Das Bad ist etwas zu klein, so dass man mit 4 Personen wenig Platz fĂŒr Utensilien und zum trocknen der HandtĂŒcher hat. Das WLAN war so gut wie gar nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Empfang ist sehr schwach, aber fĂŒr Surfing, Mail und Whatsapp hat's noch gereicht. Die An- und Abreise war sehr unkompliziert. Alle wichtigen Infos gab es vorab als Mail.

Tolle Wohnung mit leicht korrigierbaren MĂ€ngeln

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Auch die Lage war hervorragend. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Deich.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war auch klasse.Es gibt jedoch wenige, sicherlich leicht zu korrigierende MĂ€ngel:Thema WLAN: immer wieder beliebt. Der WLAN Empfang sollte in 2024/2025 deutlich optimiert werden. Alles lĂ€uft heutzutage ĂŒber WLAN, egal ob man ein absoluter Nerd ist oder nur mal kurz die Wetterlage checken will.Zudem nutzen kleine Tassen im Schrank nur wenig. In der Praxis nimmt man im Urlaub große Becher. Hier waren nur zwei vorhanden. Auch in der GlĂ€ser Front sei es recht Mau aus.Aber wie gesagt, das lĂ€sst sich alles mĂŒhelos abstellen. Die Lage, der Service und die Wohnung entschĂ€digen fĂŒr Vieles.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Pluspunk: Fahrstuhl! FĂŒr alle die gern Tageslicht im Schlafzimmer haben Hinweis: das Doppelbett ist an den Wohnraum angschlossen und mit Vorhang abgetrennt und hat kein eigenes Fenster. Kann man aber hinnehmen.
