Amazing host! Great communication, really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Property was immaculate, spacious and the amenities were just what we needed. Will definitely use this host again for our next stay in Baton Rouge!

Keith's place was superb! It was very clean and comfortable as well. The snacks and water were a nice touch, as well as the coffee station! We really enjoyed sitting on the large deck in the evenings!There were several restaurants and even a brew garden within wallking distance. The place was also close to LSU. Great stay! :)

This place is absolutely wonderful. I feel truly fortunate to have found it and to have taken a chance on a property with no reviews. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The property is beautiful, tastefully designed, and located in a wonderful neighborhood. I especially appreciated the convenience and security of the garage access. Thank you for sharing your home and providing such a great experience. I wish you continued success with your property, and I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Glad I Took a Chance!I was hesitant to book a brand-new listing with no reviews, but I’m so glad I took a chance on this place! The property is immaculate and everything inside is completely new. We didn’t need much interaction with the host other than figuring out how to access the private garage, and they responded instantly to help us out. Loved the outside sitting area and really appreciated that I was welcomed to smoke a cigar out there—providing a cigar ashtray was a very nice touch. A total gem—highly recommend!
