Charming attic apartment for two active non-smoking guests, offering expansive views of the lake and vineyards in a quiet yet central location. This 30 m² maisonette features a spacious living-dining area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, plus a separate bedroom with en-suite shower room. In high summer, quiet fans in each room provide a pleasant breeze. The bedroom can also be cooled manually before bedtime with a portable air conditioner. Guests have access to a shared garden with a pavilion—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the greenery and fresh air.



The picturesque old town, with its timbered houses, cozy restaurants, and public transport, is just a seven-minute walk away. The lakeside promenade, harbor, and leisure facilities such as mini golf, pedal boat rental, outdoor pool, thermal baths, ferry, and all shopping options are also within easy walking distance. Walking trails directly behind the house invite you to enjoy relaxing outings with beautiful lake and mountain views. Parking is available at the property, and bicycles can be stored securely in a locked bike cellar.



The property follows recycling rules—more information will be provided on site. Wi-Fi is available upon request. Bed linen is provided; towels can be booked in advance for an extra fee. Es gibt viel zu sehen, auf geht's!

Am Bodensee kann man wunderbar Urlaub machen. Die Rad/Wanderwege gut ausgezeichnet. Schöne Touren mit der Fähre. Zur Freude war die Sonne immer mit dabei. Aber auch bei Regen gibt es Museum.

Pros: Gastfreundlichkeit Cons: Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage, Treppensteigen. Für Urlauber, die gut zu Fuß sind, muss das aber kein Problem sein.

Helle gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Bodensee-Blick

Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung bestand aus einem geräumigen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad. Wir fanden alles supersauber vor, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Stauraum in Schränken war reichlich vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Man konnte von dort Meersburg gut zu Fuß erkunden. In einer Viertelstunde war man unten am Hafen, zurück dauerte es etwas länger wegen des Anstiegs. Die sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin hatte schon Prospekte für Unternehmungen parat, gab uns praktische Ausflugstipps und bot sogar eine private Führung an in ein Teppich-Museum, zu dem familiäre Beziehungen bestanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
