This oceanfront romantic getaway home is the upper level of a duplex. Perfect place for a quick getaway. The full kitchen and living room open up onto an oceanfront balcony, which spans the entire length of the home. There are two bedrooms and two baths, and one bedroom has an ensuite bath. There is an oceanfront patio with patio furniture, and a BBQ. NO AC.

PARKING: 1 Designated Parking Space in Garage

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

Refund my money

Pretty dated property and pictures do NOT reflect the condition of the property as it is not well maintained. Used the washing machine once and it leaked all over the floor, ruined our clothes and spent couple of hours mopping up the floor mess.

So wonderful 💖

This was the best beach house stay ever! It was very clean and had everything you need to cook. I loved that they also added an ice machine. I will DEFINITELY be renting here again! We actually rented an extra night we loved it so much!

Walk right out to the sand (no strand or boardwalk in between like many other nearby locations). Close to the pier, but away from the busiest areas. We had a wonderful week here.

Great property, gorgeous view, easy and professional process

We loved everything about it. Only one suggestion which is to make sure potential visitors know it is oceanfront not really beach front. It's a beautiful rocky shoreline but you cannot directly access the beach. However it's only a short walk and should not deter anyone from renting. Just better for people to know in advance. We will definitely rent again!!

Celebration of our Daughter's 30 th Birthday

The Condo was a lot more than we ever expected. Very clean and had all the furnishings to make for a memorable week. We brought along our Daughters Pocket Beagle and it worked out great, even with the gated balcony, our Beagle was able to go out onto the balcony at any time without a leash. The lower outside patio, even though was split between both rentals, worked out fantastic, the use of the Spa and table and chairs were well used. We had a couple of rainy day schedules, but this did not stop our enjoyment of the upper level Condo and the spectacular views. Management communication was outstanding and not having to worry about a "key" to access the Condo, Garage and Spa, made our stay more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone.

The place was very well equipped and neat, however the couch and chairs in front of the TV had a bad odor of urine especially when the sun hit it. After reporting it they replaced the furniture and rug and the scent was gone. This should have been detected by housekeeping in the beginning. We could not sit on the furniture and it was in the same room as the dining area. Other than that it was a relaxing weekend.

The rental is clean and kitchen well stock. The bedrooms can used ac units. It does get warm and stuffy. The hot tub was not setup (it was not even plug in) and no one call us back after leaving the message. We finally plug it in and set it up ourselves after the first day. Also no gas in the fire pit. Still the view make up for all the problems.

Great beach access but old and dirty rental

Reviewer Comments: Pretty views but the unit doesn't have air conditioning and needs it even in September. The windows Oceanside don't open, only sliding glass door and the air doesn't circulate. There were many beach fires and the unit would fill up with smoke. It wasn't properly cleaned and the beds were very uncomfortable. One of the quilts smelled like urine and the trains honked all night long.

Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the evening outdoors because the smoke fumes were so bad. We couldn't even enjoy the patio due to the smoke. We had to close ever window because of the smoke, couldn't enjoy the cool ocean breeze from our rental. Lastly, the neighbors were very loud, up until 2 AM. Not very pleasant evenings and nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice, the view was beyond amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and that we very much appreciated. The only drawback were the people that rented below us. We did not use our jacuzzi because they used both ours and theirs and they had kids that used both areas & left their beach toys everywhere. We could have called the management company and know they would have addressed the situation immediately, they were very responsive. It should be stated very clearly that each rental has an assigned area and that it is a violation of your agreement if you go beyond yours. If you do the charge should be hefty. We chose not to complain because we opted to enjoy the beach!!!
