Holiday Home "Nora" with 2 Apartments and Shared Pool - Sea Breeze 2

“Nora”, our holiday house, is located in Agios Spiridon on Corfu’s north-east coast, close to the larger tourist resorts of Acharavi (5 km) and Kassiopi (6 km).
The house stands on a 3,500m 2 plot and consists of only two holiday apartments, Sea Breeze 1 and 2.
Surrounded by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea, Antinioti Nature Reserve and Mount Pantokrator, our holiday house is a very good choice for nature lovers, sun worshippers, swimmers, hikers and walkers, riders and joggers.

Enjoy the lovely pool and the spacious area around it for relaxing, with parasols and sunbeds, barbecue area, pool shower and garden furniture, as well as views of Mount Pantokrator and the sea.

Each apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa and a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi, SAT-TV, outdoor hot/cold shower and own parking space. Directly in front of the apartment is a large, covered terrace with an additional seating area for outdoor dining, loungers and a large parasol.

The two sandy beaches of Agios Spiridon, just 10 minutes’ walk away, slope gently into the sea and are especially suitable for children. Also within walking distance are a supermarket, a travel agency with car rental, various tavernas, horse riding, a small snorkelling paradise and the unique nature reserve. Picturesque footpaths and hiking trails are close nearby.

Our house is also perfect for the colder seasons as it is equipped with underfloor heating.

Perfect and peaceful for exploring the north

We spent 8 nights at Nora’s delightful Ferienhaus in mid-February. The location was perfect for exploring the north and west sides of the island and within a short drive all the way back to Corfu Town if desired. It was peaceful and quiet in the small town of Agios Spiridon (in fact, it being winter everything was closed) but the nearby larger town of Acharavi had more than enough groceries and cafes open, only an eight-minute drive away. We were the only guests, so it was exceptionally quiet at the guesthouse. Nora was extremely helpful and friendly; we enjoyed her company very much. Her recommendations for restaurants, walks, etc were very correct. The guesthouse itself was very spacious for the two of us and the kitchenette was adequate. Although it was a bit cold, the terrace was lovely for looking out over the grounds with wildflowers and olive trees. The wifi streamed at .7 mbs upload and 17 mbs download according to Speedtest, which was sufficient for our purposes. And, this being winter, the heated floors were awesome! Thank you Nora for being such a wonderful host!

Kleine Wohlfühloase

Hinter uns liegen sehr erholsame Urlaubstage in diesem wunderbaren, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus. Nora (und ihr leider verstorbener Ehemann) haben eine kleine grüne Oase in der für uns schönsten Ecke Korfus geschaffen, von der aus sich die Insel per Bus (eignet sich insb. für Besuche von Korfu Stadt von Kassiopi oder Acharavi aus) und/oder Auto perfekt entdecken lässt. Das Haus lässt nichts vermissen und die große Terrasse mit grandiosem Ausblick sowie bequemen Liegestühlen lädt zu langen Abenden ein - oder einem erholsamen Tag im Ferienhaus selbst. Der herrliche Pool, von dem aus wir viele Abende spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge genossen, ist eine klasse Ergänzung zur fußläufig gelegenen Sandbucht. Erholung pur. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gastgeberin. Nora informierte uns bereits umfangreich im Vorfeld über Korfu und die Anreise und ist die Warmherzigkeit in Person. Sie stand uns gerne mit vielen Tipps zur Verfügung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Nora, du bist ein wirklicher Schatz: Danke für alles!

Super schöner Urlaub, großartige Gastgeberin

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Nora war schon im Vorfeld sehr herzlich und wir wurden fantastisch unterstützt mit wertvollen Tipps, Wegbeschreibungen etc. Das ist ganz besonders hilfreich, wenn man wie wir zum ersten Mal Korfu besucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem, es war alles für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Das Anwesen ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist von einer vielfältigen Natur umgeben, in der man tolle Spaziergänge machen kann. Es gibt viele schöne Strände, fußläufig oder in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin, ihr selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und natürlich auch die süßen zutraulichen Katzen. Wir haben es als großes Glück empfunden, diese Unterkunft entdeckt zu haben und möchten künftig gerne wiederkommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Nora für diesen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Korfu

Großartige Gastgeberin!

Wir haben 16 wunderbare Tage mit unseren Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre alt) in Noras Ferienwohnung verbracht und würden es jederzeit wieder tun. Die Kommunikation im vorhinein und währenddessen verlief unkompliziert. Die Anreise und die Vermittlung eines Mietwagens wurden großartig von der Gastgeberin unterstützt. Die Lage im Norden der Insel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen und Entdeckungstouren. Nora ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat alles im Blick (z.B. Wäsche waschen). Sie war stets da wenn wir Fragen oder Freude an einem "Schwätzchen" hatten, war aber andererseits nie aufdringlich. Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit beschreiben die Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Im Doppelbett haben wir auf einer für uns sehr angenehmen Matratze geschlafen. Alle Fenster sind mit voll funktionsfähigem Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Dusche, Außendusche, Terrasse und Pool sind ganz wunderbar. Ich habe mich in die Terrasse unter dem 300 Jahre alten Olivenbaum verliebt. Ein Traum in der Abendsonne. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und unser 6-jähriger konnte auf Zehenspitzen gerade noch stehen was für das erweitern seiner Schwimmskills perfekt war. Unser 3 Jähriger hatte schnell verstanden, dass er nicht allein hoch zum Pool gehen darf. Geparkt werden kann direkt an der Ferienwohnung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bobo's Imbiss (sehr leckeres Gyros) sind gleich ums Eck. Der kleine schöne Strand von Agios Spiridon ist zu Fuß in entspannten 10 Min. erreicht.

Kleines Paradies

Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen in ihrem tollen Anwesen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage ist super. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und vom Pool aus kann man bei Sonnenuntergang die Sonne im Meer versinken sehen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten damit viel von der Umgebung sehen. Direkt ums Haus konnte man aber auch wunderschöne Spaziergänge machen. Supermärkte waren im nächsten Ort, es gab aber auch einen kleinen um die Ecke. Die Ferienwohnung an sich war süß und hatte alles, was man braucht. Das eigene Olivenöl aus Noras Garten war auch ein Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank, Nora - wir haben zehren immer noch von unserem Urlaub. Es war herrlich!

Superbe séjour sur Corfu

Nora nous a très agréablement accueilli dans sa résidence. Elle est aux petits soins de ses hotes. Le logement est spacieux et très propre. La piscine et la proximité de petites plages permettent de passer un super séjour en famille.

Lieu hors de la foule et bien situé a Corfou

Maison tout confort, agréable. Bien située pour profiter des belles plages, Marina et visites culturelles sur L'île (Chateaux-Fort, Ville de Corfou, Villages Pittoresques) Piscine a disposition pour les différents locataires + douche extérieur privative = un vrai plus. Nora, la propriétaire, nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de bienveillance et a le soucis dans tous ce qu'elle entreprend de nous faciliter nos vacances. Une personne de grande valeur et un lieu où il fait bon vivre.

Traumurlaub mit der Familie

Da wir anschließend zur nächsten Insel weitergereist sind,waren wir leider nur 6 Tage in Noras Ferienhaus. Gern wären wir länger geblieben. Nora ist so lieb und nett, dass man gar nicht mehr weg möchte. Meine Tochter hat nach der Abreise noch lange von Nora gesprochen. Das Haus mit der Terrasse ist so idyllisch,dass man auch nicht unbedingt den Drang hat, jeden Tag einen Ausflug zu machen zu müssen. Man kann auch einfach stundenlang auf der Terrasse sitzen oder am Pool, der einen super Ausblick hat. Die Wohnung hat alles,was macht braucht und ist sehr gut durchdacht. Wir waren jedenfalls sehen traurig als wir abreisen mussten. Und wenn mich meine Flugangst nicht davon abhält, möchten wir sehr gern wiederkommen.

Beautiful quiet area

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. Close to mountain biking which my teenage grandson enjoyed with S cycles and close to many beautiful beaches and only 5km from amenities in Acharavi. Nora is a very welcoming host.

Wunderschöne Insel und ein erholsame Zeit

Es war wirklich sehr angenehm bei Nora und Detlef. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hat eine große Terrasse und Garten mit rießigen Olivenbäumen, die Schatten spenden! Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Wir waren mit unserem 3 jährigen Sohn da und der Pool und die Lage waren perfekt. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und wunderschön. Vielen Dank ihr lieben!!!

Perkektes Domizil für einen Traumurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, total sauber und wunderschön gelegen, wir haben uns hier rundherum wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ganz reizend, sehr aufmerksam und haben uns wunderbar betreut. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung fern ab vom Massentourismus in traumhaft schöner Natur sucht und es trotzdem nicht weit zu einsamen Stränden und Buchten und leckeren, preiswerten Tavernen mit orginal korfiotischer Küche haben will, ist im Ferienhaus Nora perfekt aufgehoben.

Traumhaft!

Liebe Nora, lieber Detlef, vielen Dank, dass ihr uns den Rahmen für einen wunderschönen Urlaub geschaffen habt. Für alle, die überlegen hier Urlaub zu machen: ja, keine Zweifel, buchen! Es erwartet euch eine saubere hübsche Ferienwohnung in bester Lage, wenige Fußminuten zum Strand, und wenige Autominuten von weiteren tollen Zielen am Meer und in den Bergen. Nora und Detlef stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und bereichern die Tage mit dem ein oder anderen Ausflugstipp oder Infos zu Kultur und Natur Korfus. Der große Olivengarten ist wunderschön gepflegt und ideal für Familien mit Kindern, an jeder Ecke gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Nicht zuletzt lockt der Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Durfen eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Detlef und Nora verbingen.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und freuten uns über sehr gute Einführung in und um das Haus. Die räumliche Aufteilung ist sehr druchdacht und die Ausstattung prima. Unsere beiden Kinder (5 und 3 Jahre) gefiel es ebenfass sehr gut. Ein großer Vorteil für uns war auch die tolle Umgebung. Schöne Strände die gut zu Fuß, oder mit dem Auto schnell und leicht erreichbar waren. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal an Nora und Detlef. Wir können euer Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.
