Property was clean and convenient - it served our purpose of place to stay close to downtown and boat excursions, etc.. The location was not clear on VRBO listing and it missed a few finishing touches, ( coffee, toaster, a few finishing touches needed to push to next category) , dog friendly, but would not have chosen as close to main rd and several rentals nearby. Parking was also an issue. Bottom line Clean, Convenient, Affordable, better disclosure on location and finishing touches would be helpful. - Host responsive and pleasant

Efficient, nice rental house. Good for adults and families with older kids (it's on a very busy road and there is not much outdoor space for little kids.) Very conveniently located to a lot of activities by driving. It is not walkable to any activities except the railroad museum but the drives are short and easy. Great kitchen for cooking and feeding a medium size group. Good wifi.The house it a little more worn down than the photos suggest. I highly recommend it for people who don't mind driving to activities and need ample space for 4-8 people. The host was a great communicator and very responsive during our rental. Check in and check out instructions were all very clear and whatever small issues we had were immediately handled. It was harder to communicate before we arrived.
