In the centre of VAL CLARET, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 10 m, bakery 20 m, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 200 m, ski school 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy 20 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.
2-room apartment 38 m2 on 1st floor. Fully renovated, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sleeping facility (1 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Exit north facing position. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 90 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Balcony 5 m2, south facing position. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. ski boot heater for 6 pairs. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Propreté à revoir

Baignoire sale avec poils et cheveux meme après passage de la femme d’entretien. Vaisselle en grande partie sale, le four n’en parlons pas. Idem pour les vitres dans le salon, cela doit faire des semaines qu’elles n’ont plus été lavées. Nous avons dormi dans le salon tellement il faisait froid dans la chambre , et ce malgré le chauffage en route depuis plusieurs jours.

Propreté médiocre

Appartement non lavé à notre arrivée , erreur de communication , cela peut arriver sans soucis. La dame d’entretien est passé directement l’après midi de notre arrivée. Après son passage , baignoire immonde et pleine de poils , grande partie de la vaisselle très sale , le four n’en parlons même pas. Autre point négatif , l’isolation de la chambre est très mauvaise. Il y faisait tellement froid que nous avons dormi toute la semaine dans des lits simples dans le salon. En dehors de ça la localisation est top , tout proche des pistes, restaurants et commerces à proximité.
