Beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

We could ski straight to the lifts and back to the hotel door at the end of the day. Warm apartment with everything we needed and great views included. Wonderful hosts, very helpful. Would definitely book this again.

Fantastic apartment in Val Claret

I have stayed in Val Claret on a number of occasions and our family were not disappointed with both the location and the quality of the property. Situated in the Bollin apartment block it's ski-in ski-out location makes it a great choice. The apartment itself is well appointed and equiped with a modern feel. The owner has made some nice touches and we particularly enjoyed an in room boot warmer and a fantastic shower/bathroom. As a family of 5 with the yougest being 15 , we found that although the apartment was compact , there was ample room and a good level of comfort. Both the owner and the concierge service were easily contacted and helpful which made our trip stress free and most enjoyable. We had also been left a bottle of champagne to enjoy. I can thoroughly recommend both the location and the property for both families and adults. Thanks Xavier for the use of your wonderful apartment we had a great time.

Nous y allons très régulièrement et l'appartement a été rénové et conçu pour être très confortable (douche hydromassante spacieuse, literies neuves de qualité, sèche chaussures, séjour spacieux , etc..) . Nous considérons nos locataires comme nos invités, et essayons de faire le maximum pour rendre leur séjour le plus agréable possible. Emplacement est top! Les données reçues par arbitel nétait pas correcte mais heureusement le propriétaire était très précis et a rectiffié les infos. Appartement était propre. Rien que la terrase pouvait être plus propre. Mais le tout était quand même top!

appartement très bien agencé, pratique(départ vraiment ski au pied, proche des commerces) et bien équipé. Déco agréable, literie confortable. J'avais une appréhension pour les lits au mur pour mes grands ados mais ils ont apprécié.Espace de vie sympa, avec grande table pour repas conviviaux en famille. Arrivée facile, grâce à boite à clés, draps réservés auprès de la gérante .

Appartement très bien situé, ski aux pieds. Bon agencement avec de nombreux rangements. Une rénovation moderne avec une décoration agréable. Seul bémol : le WiFi n'est pas compris dans la location et il est nécessaire de faire des démarches pour l'obtenir. Très mauvaise réception 4G.

Appartement assez petit mais très bien agencé et bien équipé. Accès ski au pieds depuis le balcon vers le télésiège gratuit du BOLLIN. Acces cours ESF depuis le haut du télésiège. Pour les plus petits il faudra descendre une petite piste avant d'arriver au Piou Piou. Propriétaire sympathique. Possibilité de louer le linge de lit en supplément en appelant le propriétaire

Dejlig lille og praktisk lejlighed

Vi har haft en skøn uge i Tignes i denne lejlighed. Selvom lejligheden ikke er stor fungerede det fint med vores familie på fem personer - tre teenager på 14,17 og 18 år. Alt kommunikation med ejerne var perfekt. Det er meget let at komme til bygningen med bil for at få tømt bilen. Ski in/out gjorde det meget nemt at komme hjem og få en lille pause. Vi anbefaler bestemt et ophold i denne lejlighed. Et dejlig velkomst med kold champagne. Vi takker mange gange for opholdet.

Petit appartement globalement sain et agréable

Petit appartement lumineux, skis aux pieds A/R. Jolie déco, bonne literie, bons oreillers et couettes, propre et sain. Belle vaisselle, beaux meubles en bois, bon canapé et fauteuils, couvertures et coussins à disposition. Chauffe ski appréciable, résidence avec des parties communes bien tenues et plutôt calme, appart. bien chauffé. Bien situé, proches des commerces et pistes, remontées du Bollin. Vue agréable (un peu de vis-à-vis mais ça passe, vue sur les pistes). Salle de bain moderne et bien chauffée (bien que petite). Luges à disposition. Produits d'entretien en libre service. Remise des clés souple et facile avec possibilité de location linge (draps...). Bref, Idéal pour nos vacances de Noël en famille (Merci pour le Champagne !!). Les (petits) bémols maintenant : - la kitchenette un peu juste (petit frigo, 2 petites plaques, petit four pas très performant) - le balcon n'a pas d'équipement pour déjeuner dehors, dommage - système de la porte du balcon qui ne fonctionne pas de l'extérieur - les rideaux non occultant dans la partie cuisine (gênant car les lits à étages sont en face). Ces points ne demandent qu'à être améliorés et peuvent l'être facilement. In fine, nous recommandons ce logement.

Tres heureux que vous ayez passé un tres bon moment dans notre appartement. En ce qui concerne la porte sur le balcon le probleme est résolu par ajout d'une poignee exterieure amovible, donc possibilité de revenir et partir a ski du balcon. Pour le materiel de pause dejeuner et farniente sur le balcon, nous avons pour s'installer sur le balcon et sur l'herbe chaises longues, table et bbq ( dispo a la cave, nous les sortons plutot pour fin printemps et été ....) Rideaux occultants cote cuisine en cours de fabrication sur tignes.... des que dispo on les installe . Four pas assez performant cela sera résolu bientot , il est prévu de le changer. Pour la taille de la cuisine, desole nous avons privilegie le cote plutot convivial en gardant plus d'espace pour la partie salon. Elle toutefois completement equipee frigo, lave vaisselle, plaques, micro onde- four. A votre dispo pour un autre sejour Bien cordialement Jean xavier
