Beautiful apartment in the perfect location.

We could ski straight to the lifts and back to the hotel door at the end of the day. Warm apartment with everything we needed and great views included. Wonderful hosts, very helpful. Would definitely book this again.

Fantastic apartment in Val Claret

I have stayed in Val Claret on a number of occasions and our family were not disappointed with both the location and the quality of the property. Situated in the Bollin apartment block it's ski-in ski-out location makes it a great choice. The apartment itself is well appointed and equiped with a modern feel. The owner has made some nice touches and we particularly enjoyed an in room boot warmer and a fantastic shower/bathroom. As a family of 5 with the yougest being 15 , we found that although the apartment was compact , there was ample room and a good level of comfort. Both the owner and the concierge service were easily contacted and helpful which made our trip stress free and most enjoyable. We had also been left a bottle of champagne to enjoy. I can thoroughly recommend both the location and the property for both families and adults. Thanks Xavier for the use of your wonderful apartment we had a great time.

excellent séjour

appartement trÚs bien agencé, pratique(départ vraiment ski au pied, proche des commerces) et bien équipé. Déco agréable, literie confortable. J'avais une appréhension pour les lits au mur pour mes grands ados mais ils ont apprécié.Espace de vie sympa, avec grande table pour repas conviviaux en famille. Arrivée facile, grùce à boite à clés, draps réservés auprÚs de la gérante .

Appartement trÚs bien situé, ski aux pieds. Bon agencement avec de nombreux rangements. Une rénovation moderne avec une décoration agréable. Seul bémol : le WiFi n'est pas compris dans la location et il est nécessaire de faire des démarches pour l'obtenir. TrÚs mauvaise réception 4G.

Appartement assez petit mais trÚs bien agencé et bien équipé. AccÚs ski au pieds depuis le balcon vers le télésiÚge gratuit du BOLLIN. Acces cours ESF depuis le haut du télésiÚge. Pour les plus petits il faudra descendre une petite piste avant d'arriver au Piou Piou. Propriétaire sympathique. Possibilité de louer le linge de lit en supplément en appelant le propriétaire

Vi har haft en skÞn uge i Tignes i denne lejlighed. Selvom lejligheden ikke er stor fungerede det fint med vores familie pÄ fem personer - tre teenager pÄ 14,17 og 18 Är. Alt kommunikation med ejerne var perfekt. Det er meget let at komme til bygningen med bil for at fÄ tÞmt bilen. Ski in/out gjorde det meget nemt at komme hjem og fÄ en lille pause. Vi anbefaler bestemt et ophold i denne lejlighed. Et dejlig velkomst med kold champagne. Vi takker mange gange for opholdet.

Petit appartement globalement sain et agréable

Petit appartement lumineux, skis aux pieds A/R. Jolie dĂ©co, bonne literie, bons oreillers et couettes, propre et sain. Belle vaisselle, beaux meubles en bois, bon canapĂ© et fauteuils, couvertures et coussins Ă  disposition. Chauffe ski apprĂ©ciable, rĂ©sidence avec des parties communes bien tenues et plutĂŽt calme, appart. bien chauffĂ©. Bien situĂ©, proches des commerces et pistes, remontĂ©es du Bollin. Vue agrĂ©able (un peu de vis-Ă -vis mais ça passe, vue sur les pistes). Salle de bain moderne et bien chauffĂ©e (bien que petite). Luges Ă  disposition. Produits d'entretien en libre service. Remise des clĂ©s souple et facile avec possibilitĂ© de location linge (draps...). Bref, IdĂ©al pour nos vacances de NoĂ«l en famille (Merci pour le Champagne !!). Les (petits) bĂ©mols maintenant : - la kitchenette un peu juste (petit frigo, 2 petites plaques, petit four pas trĂšs performant) - le balcon n'a pas d'Ă©quipement pour dĂ©jeuner dehors, dommage - systĂšme de la porte du balcon qui ne fonctionne pas de l'extĂ©rieur - les rideaux non occultant dans la partie cuisine (gĂȘnant car les lits Ă  Ă©tages sont en face). Ces points ne demandent qu'Ă  ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s et peuvent l'ĂȘtre facilement. In fine, nous recommandons ce logement.

Excellent location.Exactly as described in the ad

Le Bollin is in a perfect position in the village of Val Claret.Le Bollin chairlift is merely 25m away.The apartment is on the ground floor which was great for a lunchtime break from the slopes without having to remove all your ski gear.There is a double sofa bed in the living area 2 bunks in the hall and a double bedroom.We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children aged 21,17 and 13 there was enough room for us all. The shower was excellent and always plenty of hot water and a separate WC. A nice touch was the boot drier within the apartment which was great.There is a ski locker in the reception area.. We had a great time in Val Claret and will definitely return in the future and would use this apartment again. The only issue we had was with the concierge service which was lacking in professionalism which ended up costing me more money when payment had to be transferred to the owners account at extra cost to myself.However I understand the owner no longer uses the services of this company.
