Location
This two-room holiday apartment is located on the left side of the ground floor of a building (the ground floor houses an office and a bakery; the upper floor has two holiday apartments) in St. Peter-Ording, in the popular Dorf area. You can get fresh rolls from your baker right in the building. Both the historic town centre of St. Peter and the market square, where the popular market day takes place on Wednesdays, are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The dike and the South Beach are just a few hundred metres away on foot. Thanks to its proximity to the train station, the location is also ideal for those arriving by train.

Amenities
The 65-square-meter holiday apartment is ideal for up to 2 people. Completely renovated in 2021 and modernly furnished, the apartment invites you to relax in a cosy living room with an open, very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom, featuring a double bed (180 x 200) and an open closet niche, is accessible via an open staircase leading from the living room. Upon request, 1 adult or up to 2 small children can also sleep in the sleeping alcove, which is open to the bedroom.
The stylish shower room rounds out the picture.
Enjoy the evening on the furnished balcony after an eventful day.

Sehr schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete und sehr gut sowie praktisch ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung. Zentral im Ortsteil „Dorf“ gelegen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass sie an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße liegt und zwei Geschäfte (Bäckerei und Souvenirladen) im Haus sind. Daher ist es oft laut, schon Früh am Morgen. Fazit: Wohnung top, Lage sehr gut, Ruhe ausreichend.

Sehr schöne, helle und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen. Wir kannten die Wohnung schon von früher und waren begeistert wie schön alles geworden ist. Die Lage ist top (sogar Bäcker im Haus, wenn man nicht erst in der Nachsaison anreist) und kostenloser Parkplatz. Ja, die Treppen zur Wohnung und zum Schlafraum sind steil, wie so oft an der Küste. Wir waren darauf eingerichtet und haben dementsprechend gepackt . Zudem ist im Wohnraum/Flur genug Platz um die Koffer dort zu lassen. Auch gefiel uns die Regelung mit dem Schlüsselkasten (im Haus schräg gegenüber der Wohnung) und die sehr zügige und freundliche Bearbeitung unserer Buchung. Es hat alles prima geklappt, danke und viele Grüße Eva B.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage im OT Dorf. Alles vorhanden für entspannte Urlaubstage. Die Wohnung ist allerdings nicht barrierefrei erreichbar und die Stiege zur „Koje“ ist ziemlich steil.

Gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Von hier aus ist meine Empfehlung sich E Bikes mieten und die schönen Strände abradeln. Gerne auch zum Westerhever Leuchtturm (15km) eine Tour. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mir fehlte ein Spiegel im Flur. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Gut Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt leider keine Sonnenschutzrollos. Dadurch wird es bei Sonnenschein sehr warm in der Wohnung - insbesondere im Dachgiebel, wo die Betten stehen. Ein großer Nachreil ist auch, dass es draußen keine überdachten Stellplätze für eBikes gibt und auch keine Lademöglichkeit. Dabei wäre auf der Rasenfläche hinter den Parkplätzen ausreichend Platz!!! Balkon eigentlich nicht zu nutzen, zu klein. Wohnung ist für ältere Menschen eher ungeeignet, Gepäck muss die steile schmale "Hühnerleiter" hoch ins Schlafzimmer verbracht werden. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer in getrennten Etagen. Ausstattung hochwertig und super durchdacht, Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich.

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser traumhaft schönen Wohnung. Für uns fühlt es sich schon nach „nach Hause kommen“ an. Es fehlt an nichts, super schön und neu eingerichtet, super sauber, hell, ruhig, mega gemütlich, alles da was man braucht und noch mehr und dann noch sensationelle Lage zum Strand und ins Dorf. Wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher!!!
