Four floors of easy coastal living rise from the heart of Wild Dunes' Grand Pavilion neighborhood, where the Atlantic sits just steps from the front door. 137 Grand Pavilion was built for groups that want elbow room without losing the togetherness — open-concept living and dining flow into a sunlit kitchen, and a covered balcony lounge with cushioned seating invites long afternoons under the ceiling fan with a cold drink and zero agenda.
The bedroom layout works hard for families and friend groups alike. A king-bedded primary on the first floor offers a quiet retreat, while the top-floor suite trades sea level for sea views — two queens and a private balcony perfectly positioned for morning coffee with the sound of the surf. Two more bedrooms on the second floor each sleep four in double beds, with ensuite baths throughout (every bedroom included) and a flat-screen smart TV in each. Wood and ceramic tile floors keep things bright and breezy; high ceilings and a great-room fireplace add architectural warmth to the gathering spaces.
Step outside and the resort takes over. 137 Grand Pavilion sits inside Wild Dunes' gated community, with access to the resort's oceanfront pools, championship golf, and miles of walking and jogging trails winding through maritime forest. The beach itself is a short stroll — sand toes in minutes, not miles. When you're ready to venture beyond the gates, Sullivan's Island's dining scene is fifteen minutes south, and historic downtown Charleston is a half-hour drive — close enough for a cocktail and a carriage tour, far enough that the rhythm of island life stays intact.

*Home Truths:* - City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There is 1 assigned driveway parking space available, with possible overflow parking for an additional car. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
