With playful costal decor, thoughtful amenities, and a private backyard oasis, it’s the perfect spot to soak up Maine's beach town magic. Sleeps 5 with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a single sleeper chair on the front 3 season porch. Enjoy a full kitchen with dishwasher, full bathroom with full bathtub, washer/dryer, fire pit, & relaxing jetted hot tub. We are just 5 minutes walk to the trolley and a quick drive to the pier. We are also about 20 minutes drive to Portland. Close to beaches, grocery stores, shopping, exploring, and delicious restaurants!

Welcome to your perfect Maine vacation spot! This charming one- bedroom home in Old Orchard Beach is the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and costal charm.
Inside, you'll find:

BEDROOM: Queen bed with fresh linens. AC in the bedroom. Plenty of closet space with shelves and hangers. A smart tv is in the bedroom.

LIVING ROOM: Queen size pull out sofa bed . Extra pillows/blankets in the bedroom closet. Extra sheets are on the bathroom shelves. Plenty of comfortable seating to gather around for game night or movie night with the smart TV. Books and some board games available for a relaxed homey vibe!

PORCH: 3 season porch with fun lighting, a small table &chairs for your morning coffee, a soft sofa and a chair that pulls out into a single sleep space. Plenty of windows open for fresh air, and a fan is provided, but the porch is not air conditioned. The porch does not have a deadbolt, so I wouldn't recommend a child sleep alone there unattended.

FULL KITCHEN: Equipped for everything from morning coffee to lobster dinners! Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig and drip coffee pots with some "starter coffee" samples to get you through your first morning if you forget to pack some. Dishwasher, toaster, microwave, blender are also available for your use. MINI SPLIT ac/heater in the kitchen. Dining table with seating for 6.


BATHROOM: Full shower/tub. Washer/dryer also is available so you can pack light and stay fresh all week. Bath towels and wash cloths are also provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Private fenced in back yard with a porch, BBQ grill, fire pit , and HOT TUB! Cozy up under the stars and relax in private after a fun beach day! *firewood is not included. Guests to bring their own firewood for the fire pit *

LOCATION PERKS: 5 minute walk to the OOB campground trolley. Runs about every 15 minutes and stops at the chamber of commerce very close to the pier, amusement park and beach. The Amtrak station is also there so you could hop on the train to go north to Portland or Freeport to shop at LL Bean or go south to spend a day in Boston! 30 minute drive to Portland for amazing dining, shopping, and culture. Less than 10 minutes drive to Funtown and Aquaboggin parks.

FUN: You get the entire private home to yourself as well as access to the spacious back yard stocked with a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and yard games! The mermaids don't know how to play, but the home has: Croquet, tether ball, ladder ball, large connect 4, Jenga, skate boards, one adult bicycle and 2 child bikes (all bikes are old and well loved, but in working order for a quick ride around the block, helmets are not supplied, please bring your own for bike rides.). We also have 2 beach chairs for you to use. All of these are stored in the white shed next to the house for your use. Please feel free to drop your beach gear in the shed as well so you don't have to get sand in the house.

Mermaid Villas has an exterior security camera at the front entrance/walkway for safety and security purposes. No surveillance devices are located inside the home or in private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms.
