Come and enjoy a conveniently located home that is only 1/2 mile from the water park, 1.3 miles from the village, & 1 mile to the nature center! This is the perfect home for larger groups with 10 SHARC passes for the waterpark, disc golf, pickleball, and tennis courts. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large community outdoor space where you often can see deer & other wildlife. The house is pet friendly and includes a hot tub, bikes, a canoe, and a foos ball table for guests to enjoy!

*Please make sure all 10 SHARC passes are hanging back up on the hooks. If any are missing, there is a $100.00 fee to replace them. Also, the keys to the storage room and the hot tub.
* Place all dirty towels, handcloths, and washcloths in the downstairs bathtub.
*Make sure all the exterior doors and windows are closed and locked. * If the BBQ was used, please wipe it down and clean the grates for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

Our home is conveniently located in Sunriver. You can enjoy a nice 1 mile walk or bike ride to the nature center, a 10-minute walk to the SHARC or quick bike ride, 1.3-mile bike ride to the village, and so on. On top of it being conveniently located it is on a very quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Pole Houses have a shared community space in the middle of them all where you can often see wildlife and deer. It is a peaceful and serene area in Sunriver.

What makes this property unique

Our house is in a great location that is quiet and peaceful. It can accommodate large groups, up to 13 guests and 2 pets! Our house being a Pole House is very unique and has a lot of character, not your typical house.
