Take in breathtaking lake views from the spacious private deck — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or simply unwinding in nature. After a day on the water, gather around the fire pit with family and friends to roast marshmallows, grill hot dogs, and share stories under the stars.

Whether you’re looking for adventure or a peaceful escape, this cozy lakeside property offers the ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. There are 100’s of kms of running, hiking, biking and quading trails accessed from the house, a dream for anyone who loves outdoor activities. Dog friendly. 2 dogs up to 35 pounds each. Motor boats are allowed between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. The community of Lake Rosen appreciates and enforces "no wake boats".

The property is equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at Rosen Lake, capacity cannot exceed 7 total guests or fines may occur.

Why they chose this property

Motor boats are allowed between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. The community of Lake Rosen appreciates and enforces "no wake boats". Lake Koocanusa is a 10 minute drive away. The driveway is only accessible by 4 wheel drive as it is quite steep. There is parking at the top of the driveway and we'll supply a wagon to help you bring down your luggage. Camping trailers, tents and RVs are not allowed and, if found, will be subject to fines and the possible cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your understanding. Pack 'N' Play available upon request.

We allow up to 2 dogs that are 35 pounds or under. They are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Thank you for your understanding.
