Wildlife garden and trees. Private: swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 17 km, ferry 1.9 km, sandy beach "El Arenal de Jávea" 16 km pebble beach "El Montanyar de Jávea" 13 km, shingle beach "Les Rotes de Dénia" 18 km. Sports harbour 15 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 15 km, sailing school 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Enjoyable holiday

This was by far one of the best houses we rented via Interhome. The location of the house was in a calm, residential area. 8min driving to a supermarket and close by big cities like Denia & Xavea for evening activities. Spatial rooms - the master bedroom with shower & toilet is amazing. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice swimming pool with a lot of sun during the day. Comfortable sun chairs. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
