About this property

Spacious 5-bedroom lake house with private beach and lots of amenities.

Welcome to the lake! 5 bedrooms and four full baths plus additional sleeping spaces ensure plenty of room for a family getaway.

Enjoy beautiful lake views from the deck while relaxing next to the propane fire table. Sit at the sandy private beach on the water's edge to watch kids swim or fish off the dock (lots of easy, small catches).

Four kayaks, a paddleboard, and a floating swim mat are included, as well as a four-person golf cart to tour the beautiful local area. There is plenty of space in the garage to park bikes for short rides to parks and other attractions. Numerous restaurants, golf courses (4 around the lake and the famous Tullymore and St Ives within 5 minutes drive), grocery store, ice cream shop, hardware store, pharmacy, etc., all within a 10-minute golf cart ride or 5-minute drive.

Separate rental of 2022 250hp Manitou tritoon may be available. (message for details) No outside boats are allowed on the lake.

Main private lake opens into several other smaller private lakes. Plenty to see and do without overcrowding on the weekends.

Guests can also enjoy many amenities around the lake, including beach volleyball, multiple pickleball courts, a basketball court, Canadian Lakes community pools (indoor and outdoor), a fitness center, and hiking and biking trails. (Note there is a daily guest fee for the pools and fitness center. $3 per child and $5 per adult. Children cannot be left unattended)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure golf cart is plugged in and charging.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not take golf cart on "off road" trails. Use only on side of road.
Please respect neighbors and quiet time. Lake is no wake from 6pm-10am and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm.

We couldn’t have been happier. It was clean well appointed beautiful setting lots of space, all with direct Lake access. Ryan and Anne were perfect hosts. We’re always there communicating when needed. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
