Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late checkout without approval may result in additional fees.
Before departing, guests are asked to: start a load of laundry if linens were used, run the dishwasher, remove trash, and leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM.

We had a wonderful stay! The deck and the beautiful mountain views were definitely the highlight of our trip. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were great, and our family really enjoyed spending time together here. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was very easy. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The kitchen and living areas are upstairs and I did not realize this so it was difficult for my elderly mother to access the living space. The 2 thermostats are nice for upstairs and downstairs but it was difficult to cool upstairs because of the tall ceilings and windows. But it is a lovely home with beautiful views.
