Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late checkout without approval may result in additional fees.
Before departing, guests are asked to: start a load of laundry if linens were used, run the dishwasher, remove trash, and leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM.
