The ramp was useful with our little dogs. We enjoyed the park that was close by. The kitchen was well stocked. The property manager, Amber, was helpful.

Great place to stay

Place was great. Ran into an issue at check in due to the time change, but the property point of contact/ 24hr line was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. Nothing that impacted our stay. Like others have said, the amenities are located approximately 18 min away. But did not feel like a terrible inconvenience. Make the most of the weekend

Just getting away and spending time with the family was our plan. Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided to throw rain, freezing temperatures, ice and snow at us. We left a day early because of the steep winding rode to get to and from the cabin. Amber was great responding quickly to all our questions and needs. The cabin met our needs with 3 bedrooms. Quite cozy

The cabin was clean cozy and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The view of the river from the wrap around porch was very relaxing and safe for our toddler too with appropriate railings and latched gates. The games, arcade and large TVs provided entertainment for our family at night. It was another mountain fall break memory for us!! It did not disappoint!!

Quiet family time!

We enjoyed our stay on the river!! Loved the view from the cabin. We was cute. Deer are everywhere. They come right up to you and will eat out of your hands. We loved tubing down the river and just relaxing. We will be back!

The property was well-maintained and put together and sign and out. Don’t really have any complaints. It’s very peaceful right on the river and the resort offers quite a bit of amenities would recommend and will be staying again.

Great getaway!

The house was perfect for two couples. Enjoyed the outside fire pit and LOVED being beside the river--had a wonderful night enjoying the outside amenities.

Cute, but hard to reach.

The house itself is sufficient and has lots of lovely amenities including all the appliances it has to offer. The view of the river is lovely. The house itself is deep in the mountains past winding roads and difficult to traverse gravelly pathways. Our car nearly didn't crest some of the hills. Nothing a sportier vehicle couldn't handle, but a sedan struggled.The beds were alright, and there was hot water in the lovely shower/large tub upstairs. There was hot water downstairs but it is labeled backwards.There was an interesting amount of long keeping snacks and pantry items, and a considerable amount of kitchen utensils for a variety of needs.The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned either by the housekeeping or the previous tenants and I'd say unacceptable for a 176 cleaning fee.We also weren't on the call sheet when we arrived, but the property manager helped us get into the campsite with a couple phone calls.It was an okay place for an okay price in a pretty area that's difficult to reach.

Great little get a way

We went up for a long weekend and this house was great. The house itself is quaint and tucked away. Great place to hang out with my family and dogs. There are a few things that need to be updated. The beautiful lights outside, more than half are burnt out around the house and fire pit. The ramp is great, but it definitely needs the griptape redone, i slipped and fell one day, and I'm the one with a bad ankle. My kids really wanted to play Foosball, but one of the bars is broken, just need a washer and bolt to fix. Over all, we had a great time.

Cabin, River, Fire Pit

Perfect! Fire pit along the river’s rustling waters was great, especially in the chilly weather. Appreciated the circular driveway for easy access and ample parking. Well stocked kitchen, cooked for all evening meals. Met our expectations and website ad was accurate. My only recommendation would be an occasional deep cleaning.

Nice relaxing cabin on the river

We were very disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub as advertised. Seeing as that’s the main reason we chose this cabin. I can only assume there’s a public one at the pool that’s 4 miles away from the cabin but we never checked it out. Cabin was clean and we were left alone so no complaints other than that.

Loved the property

The cabin is terrific, well appointed and very comfortable. We were not aware of the proximity of a busy road, so the noise level was higher than expected. The house was mostly clean, although the sides, corners and under furniture had not been vacuumed.

Very challenging to get to the cabin. Roads are very narrow with a big size. Car pictures deceiving

The cabin is actually smaller than it looks. On the pictures, the bedrooms are very small. Only one bathroom on the 1st floor for the 2 bedrooms, only 1 of the bedroom have a TV. The yard is not as big as in the picture. The fire pit is very close to the cabin, and the road is very, very, very challenging to get to The cabin not as I expected very disappointed

Ellijay cabin

Overall property was nice, beds were comfortable. Location was a bit tricky to get to, definitely need a truck or sturdy vehicle. Ammenities (pool, miniture golf, pickelball, etc.) are off complex, about 10-15 minutes away. No hot tub as stated in listing. A bit of noise from busy road across the river but not terribly bad, A/C unit was a bit noisy. Wifi worked well. Overall neat and clean.
