We very much enjoyed our stay here. We found the place to be super clean, very accommodating, very comfortable. The bed was great. One of the things that we especially liked was the fact that it was very quiet in the area. Some may not like that, but for us, it was really important. We would stay here again.
Once we got there it is a very nice place. Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Once I got to know the drive there and back to downtown Ellijay, it wasn’t as bad as I first thought. Well worth the trip there.
Everything was great. I thought I lost the key and called Chris and he responded great. Key was found and all was good. Great place will definitely be back.
A Hidden Gem We Never Wanted to Leave! We stayed here for a little over four months while house hunting, and by the end of our stay, this cabin truly felt like home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property or our host, Chris. From day one, Chris was absolutely incredible. He is the most communicative, kind, and accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. Anytime we needed anything, he responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. You can genuinely tell that he cares about his guests and takes great pride in this special place. The cabin and property are breathtaking. The land is secluded, peaceful, and incredibly beautiful. It was perfect for my toddler, who loved exploring safely outdoors, and it was also easily accessible for my mother, who has a bad knee. One of our favorite parts of staying here was enjoying the wildlife. We spent countless hours watching little fish in the stream and listening to and spotting the tree frogs, and watching hummingbirds. We’re also terribly fond of the orange and white cat who lives nearby, my son calls him OC/orange cat A special thank-you also goes to Tracy, who was phenomenal during our stay. She kept the grass maintained and even went out of her way to put air in my tire one day! Those small acts of kindness made such a big impression on us.This property is truly a diamond and leaving is bittersweet. We plan to return every year and reminisce.
The house is just as described/pictured. The property is beautiful. We had a terrific time with our fur kids, roaming around the farm. Chris is super responsive and a terrific host, thanks for a great weekend!
