Breathtaking view of Fort Boyard from the living room balcony
La Rochelle is a city suitable for bikes: there is therefore the possibility of parking bikes in the bicycle room of the residence
Leaving the apartment on foot, there is the possibility of jogging or hiking along the sea, on a track in the middle of landscaped parks.
10 mins on foot, along the coast, you reach the Minimes beach, and from the sea bus which leads to the city center.

Une belle trouvaille

Mes vacances, non, une météo désastreuse. Par contre un hébergement sympathique, idéalement situé, des hôtes d'une générosité impensable, une disponibilité et un accueil des plus chaleureux quelque soit la question ou le souci. Un grand merci. Sans eux mon séjour n'aurait été pareil.

Sejour a Les Minimes

Le studio est positionne face a la mer, a 20 minutes a pied de la plage des Minimes et a 5 minutes de l'arret de bus (sauf les dimanches quand il faut trouver un autre arret). Le studio est bien equipe, mais il pouvait.etre un peu plus tranquille. Les proprietaires sont gentils et La Rochelle offre plein de choses a faire.

Complètement accros au ménage mais n'est pas la a l'état des lieux de sortie ni d'entrer rappel 1semaine après pour dire que l'appartement n'était pas propre. Quand j'ai louée refus d'aller voir sur mon compte abritel pour voir que mes ancien propriétaires mon très bien notée, me dis que l'appartement est sale, refuse que je lui envoie des photos que j'ai prise avant de partir. Pour faire le ménage uniquement de la javel.

Studio bien équipé (kitchenette, bouilloire, machine à café, grille pain... Fer et table à repasser... Sèche cheveux... Oreillers, couvertures...) Petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer et fort boyard, endroit calme. Bien situé, Tout est accessible à pieds (restaurants, plage, supérette, laverie, boulangerie...) , arrêt de bus et station vélos libre service à proximité, chemin de promenade le long de la mer.... Échanges téléphoniques avec la Propriétaire, agréable et soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes.

Location sale, bien située.

A notre arrivée aucune place pour stationner le véhicule, le propriétaire nous avez dit le contraire... Le studio était sale, matelas tâché, draps sales, tâchés, la kitchinette poisseuse, les placards cuisines sales, les couverts (fourchettes, couteaux...) sales, collants, dans le frigo, une plaquette de beurre entamée et un pot de confiture collant... (hygiène, covid19....), le sol poussiéreux etc... Bref, mon épouse et moi avons commencé nos vacances par 3 heures de nettoyage et l'achat de draps... Les propriétaires (absents à notre arrivée) nous ont trouvés pointilleux... Le point positif est la situation du logement. Nous ne passerons plus par votre plateforme pour la location d'un logement.

Nous avions précisé un parking facile mais pas privatif Les draps n étaient pas prévus au contrat Notre absence à l arrivée à été expliquée et signée sur le contrat. La locataire précédente ne nous a mis aucune remarque negative sir le logement. sur Abritel et depuis que nous travaillons avec Abritel nous n avons pas eu aucun problème. Nous estimons avoir bien noté ce locataire. Fin de la polémique

Très bon séjour

Studio très agréable avec une jolie vue, dépaysement garanti. De nombreuses choses à faire. Le coin des minimes est tranquille, sans bruit, sans danger et agréable pour y séjourner en famille Les gens sont très aimables. Je recommande cette résidence !
