The apartment is in a fabulous location, overlooking Minimes Beach, and the owner, Catherine, really helpful! We had a wonderful holiday and are hoping to return in 2017 - though we will bring a small travel kettle to make a cup of tea! Mick and Trish

Lovely location, lovely view, lovely and clean!

Very good communication with Catherine before and on arrival and then on our departure. Everything you need is nearby which is good as we did not have a car, didn't find the big supermarket but the small shop nearby had everything we needed. The local bakery was fantastic and there were very many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely walk into the town and then an enjoyable boat trip back after a tiring day sightseeing. Apartment very clean and the view was wonderful especially after they cut the hedge! Beds not the most comfortable I have slept on which is why this is only 4 star and not 5.

Great beach family holiday

We recently stayed at Catherine’s apartment for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We received a warm welcome and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It’s location close to the beach was great for our little ones, with a great bakery and some handy restaurants nearby. We had a huge bowl of mussels at Le Recif, great food and service at Le Cargo and had good fish ‘n’ chips at Le Merluchon. The ice cream at Tonton Maboule was excellent, with biq queues as very popular. There were only a couple of small negatives: there is no decent super market nearby, it’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to the nearest Carrefour or catch the 43 bus (€1.30) from right outside the apartment on Rue Lucile. There was also no broadband for Internet access, though we had good 4G data access, so not much of a problem for us. I’d definitely recommend this property for a beach family holiday.

Appartement idéal pour passer des vacances en famille, la plage juste en bas, boulangerie à côté . L'arrêt de bus également à côté, parfait pour aller en centre ville sans la voiture.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement.L’appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien équipé et totalement conforme aux photos et à la description.L'emplacement est idéalement situé en face de la plage. Avec vue sur un coucher de soleil magnifique tous les soirs.L'accueil de notre hôte a été chaleureux.Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances, la vue du salon est à couper le souffle et correspond bien aux photos de l'annonce. Literie très confortable.Catherine est une très bonne hôtesse et disponible.Les transports en communs sont très pratiques, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pour rejoindre le vieux port de la Rochelle. Nous avions pris un pass océan auprès de offfice du tourisme, du coup les transports étaient gratuits, nous avons beaucoup utilisé le bus de mer. Et le pass donne également des avantages que pleins d'autres activités. Pas mal de commodités très proches boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie,restaurant... Nous recommandons le restaurant le Récif ou nous avons dégusté des moules à la crème et au Roquefort délicieuses et pour un prix très raisonnable !Quasiment pas de points négatifs, à part le micro ondes qui est assez haut surtout si on est petit Place de parking couverte assez étroite

Das App. Ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist ganz neu und sehr schön. Die Betten waren gut. Der Balkon war groß genug und man sieht direkt aufs Wasser und den Strand. Bis späten Mittag hat man Schatten, dann wird es recht warm. Leider war es sehr voll mitten in der Saison, der Strand bis zum letzten Platz gefüllt und bis spät abends noch immer mit Leuten belegt. 1. Stock ist hier nicht so hoch, wie normal, man ist schon nah dran. Man schläft nach hinten raus, kann dort aber nicht so einfach die Fenster öffnen, die Rolladen versperren das. Die Umgebung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so gepflegt. Boottaxi nach La Rochelle super. Boulangerie um die Ecke super. Mini Supermarkt super. Wer Trubel mag, ist hier richtig!

Merci pour votre séjour, L'appartement est au 1er étage avec vue mer et plage,ce qui sur la 1ère quinzaine d'août vous entraîne dans une ambiance balnéaire. L'emplacement des minimes est un lieu familial, avec commerces,restaurants,port touristique et bord de plage. L'affluence est importante en août, plus calme les autres mois. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l’appartement de Catherine. Le contact avec Catherine a été parfait. Elle est très amicale et serviable.L’appartement était propre et soigné. La vue était Superbe.L’arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité et le bus vous emmène au centre de La Rochelle en 20 minutes.Il vaut la peine de passer des vacances dans ce bel appartement.Nous reviendrons certainement.Salutations,Joke et Minnie

Eine Woche Erholung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Françoise, der Vertreterin unserer Vermieterin Catherine, empfangen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr hell, es ist genug Stauraum für das Gepäck. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das frische Baguette fürs Frühstück gibt es um die Ecke. Das Auto kann getrost in der Garage stehenbleiben, denn nach La Rochelle fährt der "Bus de Mer" oder der Linienbus auf der Straße. Bei herrlichem Wetter war es für uns Erholung pur, vor allem bei dem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer.

Direkt am Strand, toller Blick, hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, bietet aber alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und am Hafen ist großartig. Mit dem Bus de Mer, dem normalen Bus oder zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Stadt.

Un séjour exceptionnel face à l'océan dans un appartemment douillet, joliment décoré et fonctionnel

L'appartemment proposé -où rien ne manque pour un séjour réussi- est clair, dans des tons lumineux et chaleureux. Le cadre est exceptionel face à l'océan et la plage, le balcon equipé permet de profiter du panorama offert par la nature. Des commerces de proximité se trouvent à deux pas de la résidence. Enfin il faut noter l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos onterlocutrices : propriétaire et personne à l'accueil. Nous renouvellerons certainement cette première expérience dans cet hébergement.

Proximité plage garantie

Logement très idéalement situé, la terrasse est presque sur la plage, vue sur l'océan changeant au file des heures, un regal des yeux. Tout est à proximité : boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, tabac, et restaurants. L'embarcadère est 5 minutes pieds, du coup on fait tout à pieds, plus besoin de voiture. L'accès au centre ville, quartier Gabut est facile, avec des locations de vélos pour les balades. Le logement en lui-même est super joli, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, et tout équipé, et le + : la place de parking en sous-sol, mais un peu étroite.

Appartement bien agencé, très fonctionnel. Très belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Seul bémol, place de parking un peu étroite si vous avez un gros véhicule.

Strand, Sand und Sonnenuntergang

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und die Küchenausstattung haben uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Das Auto hat einen sicheren Platz. Die Umgebung war sauber und schön. Der Strand ist gepflegt. Diese Ferienwohnung und die Stadt La Rochelle, sind sehr empfehlenswert!
