Brynn Marr is a large mature subdivision in the center of Jacksonville. Convenient to parks, military bases, shopping and medical facilities. Extremely navigable with many egresses for easy access. In this neighborhood you will find people out walking their dogs, jogging and riding bicycles.

What makes this property unique

Great place for families to gather. The backyard features a covered outdoor space for barbeques, ready with dining table. Take an afternoon siesta on patio bed.
