In general great rental...master bed was super comfy...kids loved jetted tub ..we even woke up to a sunrise easter mass in the park...my favorite part was swinging on swing in park and listening to live musiv
Place was amazing. Could not be in a more perfect spot to visit Swansboro. Great view. Place was clean and very roomy. Owner/property manager was extremely responsive. Already booked another stay. Can’t wait to go back.
This property has some of the best views of the river I've seen. Photos of the property are accurate, it was very clean, and easy to get to the little downtown Swansboro area, which had cute shops and local restaurants. Tony was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
We spent a long weekend at this lovely place. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The little shops on front street are adorable and “By the Bridge” must have a celebrity chef because the food there is amazing and it is right next door.
Great location! Parking can be an issue directly below the property at dinner time but more is available behind the building and at the lot behind it if needed. Restaurant noise and music was minimal. Wonderful place.
Great location with beautiful view. Quick communication with owner. Parking was a little tricky at night when the restaurant is busy and lots of people at the park. Would def stay again and recommend.
Spent several days in this great spot for a early beach vacation. The views are beautiful and such a nice area close to everything Swansboro has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family.
We fished every day, took walks downtown to the shops and restaurants, the boys went kayaking twice and we even went to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach.
Tony was great and quick to respond to our every request. Would definitely stay again!
Spotless...gorgeous view over river with fabulous sunrises!
Great location to Swansboro with a lighted park across driveway for doggie duty.
Had a wonderful stay!!
Amazing location for a Foster Care retreat weekend. Easy walk under the bridge to downtown. Million dollar view. Peaceful and serene. Watched dolphins swimming in the river. Caught a doormat flounder from the pier. Such a wonderful town.
The views....I can't even describe how gorgeous the views are. The house is large and so roomy and close to everything. My brother in law fished off the pier, my sister and I drank coffee on the porch watching the sun come up. Check in was easy and the owner was so responsive! We will absolutely stay here again.
What can I say, we didnt leave the property except for a brief walk downtown. The views from the deck and the living area are breathtaking! Even had a beautiful view of water and dolphin swimming by from the king size bed in the master suite. The host was very responsive! We look forward to visiting this little piece of Heaven in downtown Swansboro again!
The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly.

Beautiful view but a little noisy
Great space and view beautiful but road noise and bar music from restaurant downstairs took away from the tranquility.
Our stay would have been better with just a few additions by the owner.
A binder with info about wifi password, TV remotes and menus from nearby restaurants would be helpful.
,The master bath could use a waste basket and another towel bar or. hook behind the door.
There were no remotes for the master BR TV and although I texted the owner about that we received no response. When the owner was notified by phone the first night of our stay about a chirping smoke alarm, he came and removed the whole alarm unit but did not return to replace it during the next 2 nights of our stay.
The place was roomy, attractive and positioned well to the highway. Ample, comfortable seating. I did note three large roaches: one in the kitchen and two in the stairwell. The television was great.
The property is on the 2nd floor of a commercial building, and it feels like you are in a big home on the water when you look out the windows at a more than 180-degree elevated view of the waterway. It is very comfortable with a large open kitchen and living room area that opens to a wrap-around porch. You can sip coffee from the porch and admire the view and then pop down to the park and fish off the public dock where we caught a lot of bluefish. The By the Bridge restaurant downstairs is very convenient and has a good cuban sandwich. We had a great stay exploring Swansboro.
