Great house everything was new and extremely clean!I would say if there was one thing we didn’t know that we’d be sharing the grill and outdoor space with the other tenets from the upstairs part of the house but I didn’t effect us too much we had a great time.

Thanks Cory for staying with us. The house is just a year old and we are adding updates every season like the firepit on the east lawn and the shade sail and volley ball court on the west lawn. Home was clean, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and local shopping. The kayak would have been fun to use but you have to be able to transport them. My kids liked watching the turtles outside in the marsh like area in the back.

We loved staying in Cedar Point for our first trip to NC. The deck was used daily for outdoor reading and dining. The unit was immaculate, it was extremely clean and had extra touches to put it over the top. All amenities needed for cooking in the kitchen were provided. Every detail was thought through to provide the best experience. It was only a short 12 minute drive to Emerald Bay beach and returning to a quiet street after.
