Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Hartkaiserbahn, Ski in/out, und ist zu Fuß vom Dorf aus zu erreichen. Nachteil: es könnte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden sein. Es fehlen Heizkörper, was bei nasser Skikleidung unangenehm ist.

Wir waren im August/September 2023 zu viert (4 Erwachsene) dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den morgentlichen Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser vermissen wir schon jetzt. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für die tägliche Verpflegung benötigt. Die an die beiden Schlafzimmer angeschlossenen Bäder sind etwas beengt, aber in ordentlichem, guten Zustand. Top ist auch die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Uns fehlten ein paar weitere Ablagemöglichkeiten, besonders im Bad. Die Räume sind gut schallgedämpft, so dass man seine Ruhe hat. Für 8 Personen erscheint uns die Wohnung zu klein, zu viert optimal (max 4. Erwachsene + 2 Kinder).

Einrichtung u Ausstattung

Das App liegt oben am Berg und das gesamte Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen u müsste dringend saniert werden. Die Terrasse war ein Witz. Es fehlten vernünftige Stühle u ein Tisch zum Essen draußen, da die Aussicht sehr schön war. Leider konnten wir daher unseren Aufenthalt nicht so genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch eher dürftig. Wir würden es so nie wieder buchen. Schade!!!
