About this property

This romantic and spacious mountain hut is located just off the Krinbergweg in Kirchberg near Kitzbühel. It is easily accessible by car in summer and in winter. A south-facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the Rettenstein and invites you to barbecue and to sit together in a nice, cozy atmosphere. There are 7 beds and also a slightly smaller bed and a children's bed (160cm) made of wood.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be offered on request. (€ 10 per bed, towels € 5 per person) A cozy tiled stove and a small kitchen with an old wood stove, two ceramic hobs (electric) and a bathroom with shower and toilet ensure good comfort. The living area of the hut is furnished with a large couch.
The hut itself is around 1-2 km away from the secured ski slopes. For experienced skiers it can be reached on gentle slopes with the skis. The valley station of the Pengelstein1 gondola lift can be reached from the hut.
In spring, summer and autumn, the beautiful mountain landscape right around the hut offers many destinations for hikes and excursions. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The hut is located at an altitude of 1220 m.

Sehr schön und einsam gelegene Berghütte. Urig und gemütlich. Man kann zur Skipiste in 15 Minuten laufen und bei Schnee bis zur Hütte abfahren.

Tolle Hütte. Trotz schlechten Wetter hatten wir einen guten Sommerurlaub und haben die Zeit genossen. Sehr ruhig aber man ist auch schnell im Dorf. Freundliche und swhr zuvorkommende Eigentümerin. Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Hütte in den Bergen

Genau so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Liebevoll ausgestattete Hütte in den Bergen. Kein Fernseher, kein WLAN, dafür aber ein grandioser Blick auf die Berge. Wir hatten fantastisches Wetter zum Skifahren und wandern und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen Die Hütte liegt wunderbar in den Bergen , Kachelofen sehr gemütlich , Wohnbereich bequem Auch unsere Hunde waren begeistert Leider sind die Betten unterm Dach nicht aufrecht stehend zu erreichen Ein Kleiderschrank somit nicht möglich , eine Kommode nicht vorhanden Nicht sehr komfortabel

Little paradise, landelijk gelegen met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad! We hebben genoten van het prachtig gelegen chalet, het prachtige uitzicht, de tuin, de alpenweiden voor en naast het chalet en de rust. De picknicktafel is veel gebruikt voor ontbijt en diner! We hebben prachtige hoogtewandelingen gemaakt via de kabelbanen in Kirchberg, Westendorf en Kitzbühen. Ook de autoritten naar Zell am See/Großclockner en Zillertal waren heerlijk en makkelijk in één dag te rijden. We kijken met veel plezier terug op onze vakantie! Mrs Krimbacher is goed bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk, het contact verliep soepel en prettig. Wij vonden het chalet bij aankomst in het donker wat lastig te vinden, onze tip is: probeer er op de dag van aankomst te zijn voor het donker is :-))

Tolle urige Hütte mit allem was man benötigt

Vielen lieben Dank an Frau Krimbacher. Es waren schöne Tage mit Regen und Sonnenschein. Uns war nie langweilig. Lagerfeuer mit Stockbrot, ausgiebige Wanderungen ( nie unter 10km ), Spieleabende. Lecker gekocht. Der Kachelofen ist der Hammer… 10 Scheit Holz = Wärme für 3 Tage. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Hütte

Die Hütte liegt wunderschön am Berg und man hat von drinnen und draussen spektakuläre Ausblicke. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, lässt aber nichts vermissen die Betten und Möbel sind sehr bequem. Es gab sogar eine schwarze Hauskatze (auf dem Grund) die wir Wolfgang getauft haben. Ein sehr schöner Platz!

Sehr schöne Hütte für Familien

Wir haben eine wunderbare Sommerwoche auf der Hütte verbracht. Die Hütte ist sehr komfortabel für eine Familie, es war alles da, was man brauchte, der Blick sehr schön, die Wanderungen und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung perfekt für alle Altersstufen.

Schöne Hütte in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren als Gruppe von 8 Personen in der Hütte und hatten eine Super Zeit. Die Hütte besticht vor allem durch die super schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge in quasi Alleinlage mit totaler Ruhe. Auch die Ausstattung ist top, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne Urlaub hier machen, vielen Dank!

Seh gemütliche Hütte

Eine sehr gemütliche Hütte mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren zu fünft dort. Das Badezimmer kann etwas zum Engpass werden. Dafür liegt sie traumhaft und mit dem holzgefeuerten Ofen ist es sehr ursprünglich. Leider war die Schneelage nicht so gut, dass man mit dem Auto zum nächsten Lift fahren muss. Das ist aber nur 1 km und ging super.
