Additionally, you can use an extra room next door with a single bed, a single sofa bed, and its own bathroom (shower/WC), providing space for 2 more guests. This room has a separate entrance. In total, up to 6 people can be accommodated.



Amenities include Wi-Fi (in expansion) and a TV. Sports facilities such as beach volleyball, badminton, tennis, and table tennis are available. A football field is nearby.



A baby cot and a high chair are available on request.



The outdoor area with a balcony is a highlight. A shared garden, an open terrace, a playground, and a tennis court are also at your disposal.



Kelchsau, a side valley of the Brixental, is an ideal starting point for hikes, adventures, and other experiences. The Brixental Hopfgarten and the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser are also highly recommended. Parking is available on the property.

In winter, a storage room for skis and snowboards is available. On request and for a fee, breakfast is offered in winter.
