On the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, in the lively village of Wald (municipality of Wald-Königsleiten), this beautifully situated holiday home with 2 holiday apartments is located on the sunny side of the valley.

You live in the holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people on the ground floor, which is luxuriously furnished with attention to detail. The living room with large dining area and modern open kitchen offers a view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the living room you have access to the beautiful balcony. You have a total of 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. And after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing you can relax in your own sauna.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a beautiful indoor pool, various dining and shopping options, and the ski bus to the ski area. Due to the central location, 3 well-known ski areas are available within 15 minutes by car: the Zillertal Arena (140 km of slopes), the Wildkogel Arena (62 km of slopes) and the Kitzbüheler Alpen (180 km of slopes). With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you have access to all areas and can even take a trip to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

In summer there are so many ways to spend your vacation, hiking and mountain biking opportunities abound, many sights in both Tyrol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don't forget the highest waterfalls in Europe in nearby Krimml visit.

Diese Wohnung war wirklich fantastisch! Wunderbar geräumig, hell und mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Tal und die Berge. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet und die Türen halten viel Lärm ab. Die Straße unter der Wohnung empfanden wir nicht als störend. Wir hatten hier 2 wundervolle Wochen! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die 2 Badezimmer sind auch schön. Die Terrasse liegt fast vollständig im Schatten, wo man durchaus die Möglichkeit hat, die Sonne zu suchen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Bij aankomst kregen we na een hartelijk ontvangst een duidelijke uitleg over het appartement . Je kan van uit appartement zo even het dorp in lopen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung war einfach nur super – man merkt, dass hier an (fast) alles gedacht wurde (lediglich einen Haarföhn haben wir vermisst, aber das ändert nichts an unserem sehr, sehr positiven Gesamteindruck!). Die Vermieter waren immer verfügbar und stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder ins Oberpinzgau :-)

Die Wohnung war genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war ruhig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bad und Sauna waren super. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und auch die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder war kein Problem. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Erg leuk appartement om in te verblijven. De ruime kamers, en sauna maken het een erg fijne plek om na een (ski)dag te relaxen. Wel wil ik voor de skifanaten benadrukken dat het een relatief lange rit is om bij het Zillertal Arena skigebied te komen (toch wel zeker 30-40 minuten met bus). Een kleiner gebied (richting Neukirchgen) is sneller bereikbaar, maar wellicht te klein om een hele week skiplezier aan te beleven. Desalniettemin zeker een aanrader en een zeer leuk onderkomen

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het apartement is mooi gebouwd, keurig schoon en voorzien van alle gewenste faciliteiten. De sauna was een leuke extra na een koude skidag. Je kan vanuit het apartement naar 2 ski gebieden (op 5 min rijden ligt Neukirchen/ Wildkogel en op 15-20 min rijden ligt Konigleiten/Zittertal Arena). Wij hadden appartement 2 op de begane grond. Vanaf de entree aan de achterzijde van het gebouw, moet je 2 verdiepingen naar beneden, middels een prachtige, brede en fijne trap. Dat is prima te doen. Het appartement is zeer compleet, super schoon, erg ruim en voorzien van 2 heerlijke badkamers en een sauna. Bij aankomst lag er geen vuiltje. Extreem schoon. Hoe fijn is dat! De eigenaresse en tevens gastvrouw Barbara is geweldig vriendelijk en enthousiast. Het uitzicht is prachtig en je wandelt makkelijk het dorp in. Het terras is zeer ruim. Wel hoor je op het terras veel van het verkeer wat voor het huis rijdt, maar dat is inherent aan de ligging van het appartement. We sliepen met de ramen dicht en dan hoor je binnen in het huis niets van het verkeer. Nog nooit hebben wij zo'n fijne en complete accommodatie gehad.

Wat een lieve gastvrouw, we hebben een super fijne tijd gehad, heel mooi en nieuw appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben genoten!
