Ruhige und sehr heimelige Unterkunft

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Hat alles wie versprochen geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten ist im Sommer ein Traum und zusammen mit dem Blick in die Berge super erholsam. Viele Wanderwege starten direkt von der Unterkunft. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

sehr gemütliches und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) verbrachten zwei wirklch sehr schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Umgebung (der Wettergott war mit uns, so ein Glück). Wir haben viele Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternommen, entweder direkt vom Haus oder mit dem Auto in die nähere Umgebung. Und wenn wir nachmittags/abends in die gemütliche Atmosphäre des Hauses zurückkehrten, konnte man ganz wunderbar alle Tageseindrücke nachklingen lassen und die Ruhe und den tollen Sternenhimmel genießen. Nur unser Hund hat abends - nachdem der Ruf der Wildnis tagsüber ausgiebig ausgelebt worden war - einfach nur noch geschlafen ;) tolles Ferienhaus, viel Platz für alle, super Ausstattung & auch noch ein schöner Garten! Sehr schöne Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt

Meine Familie, unser Hund und ich haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Oktober hier verbracht. Diese Jahreszeit ist auf den 1600 Metern Höhe absolute Nebensaison, man fühlt sich fast alleine im Ort. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet und es fehlt einen wirklich an nichts. Da das Wetter nach 2 Tagen dann auch mitspielte, konnten wir die herrliche Gegend mit dem allgegenwärtigem Alpenpanorama auch richtig erkunden und genießen.

Eine tolle wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause

Es ist an alles gedacht, sogar an das Wohlbefinden unseres Hundes. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt auch wenn wir im September mit 20cm Schnee überrascht wurden. Gerne kommen wir wieder und genießen die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Berge.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die die Tage dort sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Auch unser zweiter Hund (gg. einen kleinen Aufpreis) stellte kein Problem dar. Die Gegend um Hochkrimml lädt zum spazierengehen gerade zu ein und bietet in näherer Umgebung alles was man braucht!

Mooie vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien!

Wij hebben in de maand juli 1 week doorgebracht in deze zeer goed verzorgde woning. In de keuken kun je je echt helemaal uitleven omdat allerlei apparatuur tot je beschikking staat. Het terras en de tuin, welke je kunt bereiken via de openslaande deuren in de huiskamer, is voor de zomer echt prima. Tuinstoelen, parasol, BBQ, vuurkorf, en een kleine overkapping van het dak. De locatie van de woning is op de top van de Gerlospas, dus wil je naar een winkel...... dan moet je een stukje naar beneden. Hoeft absoluut geen probleem te zijn. Je kunt zelfs broodjes service bestellen; vers brood in de morgen vlakbij huis. De omgeving is prachtig. Fietsen en wandelen kun je hier naar hartenlust. Wat je niet aantreft in de woning is bijvoorbeeld een wasmachine voor je kleding. Met de toeristenkaart van de gemeente krijg je her en der korting. Gratis entree bij de Krimml Waterval!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und die Umgebung läd zum entspannen und erholen ein. Toller Ausblick vom Haus auf die Berge. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet,es fehlte wirklich an Nichts. Bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen genossen wir die Aussicht auf die Berge von der gemütlichen Terrasse, und auch der Weg zum benachbarten Alpengasthof dauert wirklich nur 2 Minuten. Auf den abgbildeten Fotos lässt sich nur erahnen wie schön es in Wirklichkeit ist. Für uns war es Erholung pur.... darum 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!!!!

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Ich war in den Osterferien in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlt an so gut wie nichts. Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abseits der Hauptstraße, wodurch es meistens schön ruhig ist. Trotzdem hat man zu den Liftanlagen nicht weit zu laufen. Das schöne ist, dass man von morgens bis abends draußen in der Sonne sitzen kann, weil mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus aufgestellt sind. Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrages und aller anderen Vorbereitungen ging reibungslos und schnell über die Bühne. Zu der Vermieterin hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht zur Hauptsaison dort waren, weil es in der Nebensaison dort so schön ruhig und idyllisch ist. Wir werden die nächsten Jahre auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Ein Geheimtip für Alle die auf etwas Enspannung bei gewissem Komfort Wert legen.
