Great location, Modern interior decorations. The land lord Tina was very helpful. We were a family group of seven and we all felt comfortable. My son-in-law indicated that he could live in that house.

From check in to check out, Tina was fantastic! Great meeting Chritsof as well! Room was amazing, far exceeding our expectations! Walking distance to plenty of shopping and restaurants, very close to Zugspitze and a quick hop to the castles! If I could rent this for an entire season I would!

Zugspitze ist zu sehen

wunderbar am Wald gelegen, man kann Wandertouren starten, ganz nah ist die Ludwigstraße zu erlaufen, etwas schöner ist Garmisch als Ortskern, aber auch in 20 min zu erlaufen oder kostenlos mit dem Bus zu erreichen.Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden, eine Mikrowelle wäre echt hilfreich gewesen. Es sind keine Gewürze, Salz oder Zucker vorhanden. Prima war der Garagenstellplatz und das freundliche Ausleihen von Bob oder Schlitten, alles kostenlos.Die Vermieter sind sehr umsichtig, freundlich und unaufdringlich. Das Mülltrennungssystem ist übersichtlich und unkompliziert.Die Bäder waren für alle Beteiligten sehr ansprechend, sauber und sehr gut belüftet,sogar mit Radio.Kleiner Tipp: die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche sollte besser beleuchtet sein. Der Platz in den Küchenschränken ist sehr großzügig, man konnte alles wunderbar verstauen.Unsere Ferienwohnung hat Zimmer, bzw. wie eine kleine Wohnung im "Keller". Meine Tochter mit Familie fand genau diese Abgrenzung sehr schön.., da bis auf die Küche alles im unteren Bereich vorhanden war, incl. Fernseher und Couchecke. Gerade im Sommer schön, weil kühler.Heizung ist im Fußboden und sehr angenehm, wird bei Bedarf vom Vermieter eingestellt.Dankeschön!

Wonderful location

Hi, we had a wonderful time but were slightly disappointed when we arrived as from the photos we believed we were getting the upstairs apartment with a balcony and the magnificent view, instead we got a balcony on a road. Perhaps there was something in the fine print we missed. Besides that the house was great and had everything we needed.

Eine Wohnung, die so sauber wirkt, haben wir selten erlebt. Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen, was will man mehr? Wenn das Wetter mitspielte, konnten wir von der Terrasse den Blick auf Deutschlands höchsten Berg genießen.
