5 ladies on our annual girls trip had a very enjoyable stay at this amazing property. It's close to town, easy access to the National Park, and right on the beautiful river. We walked to Cinnamon's bakery for delicious cinnamon rolls. Made the quick drive into the park every day for wildlife watching. Spent one afternoon at the house just relaxing in the sun on the riverbank. Great deck to hang out on where we had morning coffee, enjoyed the river, and watched the family of turkeys that were there every day. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. We definitely hope to come back!

This home was absolute perfection! We rent homes all over the country and this was definitely one of our favorites! The location was perfect. It was right on a river so the kids spent their mornings fishing, you could very easily walk into town to restaurants and for shipping, and it was only about a 5 minute drive into the park. The owner was extremely responsive a s the home was very well stocked with everything you could need for a stay. The hot tub, grill, and fire pit were added bonuses that we used daily! Honestly we could not have asked for a better home! We will absolutely be staying here again.

We were 6 adults (2 over 70) and 2 almost 4 year olds. The video games were a lifesaver anytime we were in the house. We used the grill, dishwasher and washing machine but didn’t get to the hot tub. The house was even prettier than the pictures and convenient to the national park and to really walkable to town. One petty negative: not a large supply of paper goods but Safeway is close by. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back.

House was as advertised. Very nice! Best appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen in a VRBO! The Fall River is just outside the deck and sounds beautiful. We had a herd of elk come through the property one morning - quite a sight and magnificent; deer and wild turkey as well. Very close location to 2 different entrances for RMNP. Less than a mile walk to town with walking pathways the entire route. Beds were comfortable and there is a plethora of pillows. Plenty of parking at the house. Used the BBQ grill and the fire pit and enjoyed them both. Thx to Karen for being very attentive and responsive.

This is my first time using VRBO, The house smelled brand new the second you walked in the door. Every room is meticulously decorated and you can get a feel for the care the homeowner put into the home. I was a little concerned that a main road sits next to the house but it was hardly noticeable. The river was great for kids to take a dip in, I stayed with 2 young boys who were never board with the ample games available. The kitchen literally has EVERYTHING you need for cooking anything. The homeowner went above and beyond to make sure anyone staying in the house was as comfortable as possible. In the morning you can smell Cinnamon Bakery in the air. The house is a 5 minute drive at most to into town. Definitely 5 stars!
