This 3-bedroom retreat with an additional loft can comfortably host up to 10 guests, making it the perfect escape for family vacations or group getaways.



Inside, the great room offers entertainment for all ages, featuring a flat-panel TV, Blu-ray DVD player, a bar, air hockey, foosball, and a variety of board games. Unwind by one of the two cozy gas fireplaces, or head out to the fully screened back porch to enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings. Rental ReviewWe were really looking forward to this stay, but unfortunately the experience did not match the nearly 800 total price for two nights.On arrival, there was trash in a trash can with no bag, dishes left in the dishwasher, and additional trash behind the beds. With 249 of the total cost being a cleaning fee, that was disappointing.The basement also had a very strong musty smell that made it difficult to spend time down there. Unfortunately, that’s where the air hockey and foosball tables are located, so we barely got to enjoy those amenities.The biggest issue was the hot tub. Missing hardware from a headrest created an opening that allowed water to drain out, eventually causing a flow error. I was told I could refill it, which I did several times, but adding cold water dropped the temperature below 100 degrees. We were then told maintenance would come out, but no one ever serviced it during our stay.Also, if you plan to cook, bring your own spices, cooking spray, aluminum foil, etc.The property has potential, but the cleanliness issues, musty basement, and unsatisfactory hot tub made this stay disappointing for the price.

Hello Matthew, We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we were disappointed that these concerns were not reported to us during your stay. We take cleanliness, property condition, and guest comfort seriously, and if we had been notified of the trash, dishes, or other housekeeping concerns, we would have been happy to investigate and address them promptly. We were also not informed of any concern regarding a musty odor in the basement or the use of the air hockey and foosball amenities. As for the hot tub, this was the only issue brought to our attention. We provided instructions and attempted to assist as soon as we were made aware of the situation, but we were not given the opportunity to address the other concerns described in this review. Our kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials listed in the property description, but specialty cooking items such as specific spices, cooking spray, and aluminum foil are not guaranteed unless specifically advertised. We value all guest feedback and are reviewing the concerns mentioned. However, we always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to resolve any issues and help ensure they have the best possible experience.
