Our comfortably furnished LUXURY Baltic Sea holiday home III for 2-11 people is only 300m from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in a quiet residential street. It was built in solid construction (stone on stone) and has 175 sqm of living space on 3 floors with everything your heart desires. Our guests particularly appreciate the amenities such as the FIREPLACE, underfloor heating, electric external blinds throughout the house and the SAUNA house in the garden.

We offer you 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4x with double beds and one with 3 single beds, 1 modern bathroom with all-glass shower, wall-hung toilet, washbasin, corner bath, towel radiator on the upper floor, another bathroom with massage shower and washing machine on the ground floor and 1 guest toilet on the ground floor EC on. In the garden is the free sauna for single use. You get to the outside through the 50 square meter beautiful living room with FIREPLACE, corner couch, smart TV, DVD, stereo DVD and large dining table, where all 10 guests can eat comfortably.

The fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, ceramic hob, oven, stainless steel cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and much more makes you want to cook together. Thanks to the standing bar, non-cooks also have their place to spend their holiday together.

The free WiFi, the SAUNA, the 650 square meter playground with climbing swing, giant tire sandpit, garden furniture, beach chair and brick barbecue for sole use, as well as the 3 free car parking spaces complete the offer perfectly.

We are happy to offer our little guests 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs, a baby swing insert and small board games free of charge.

On request, we are happy to offer you our popular bed service. Then the beds are already made when you arrive and the towels are ready for you, so that your holiday can start stress-free.

Our non-smoking holiday home is modern, very child-friendly, very close to the beach (300m to the SANDY BEACH), ideal for 2 families and can be booked all year round.

Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed to travel in this ALLERGY HOUSE.
