The apartment was clean and smelled amazing. The area, while not a stylish, middle class area wasn’t terrible. The neighbors were polite and didn’t bother us. Great experience, would rent again.

The Apartment itself is in excellent condition with a well maintained interior. Top of the line appliances, and Roku TV. The furniture is more than adequate and comfortableHot water on demand at any hour is a major plus. Clean and fresh scent upon arrival. The neighborhood is not Beverly Hills or by any stretch of the imagination an beach front vibe, but I found it safe and the neighbors inviting. For me an overall good stay for what I needed to accomplish at my parents home nearby. I would however like to suggest to the host to have cleaning supplies available for longer stay guests ie: broom and mop and the like to keep up with a week-long stay.Every major store and fast food as well as local eateries are 1 or 2 minutes away including Walmart .If your nose is in the air and you think you are better than anyone else you won't enjoy yourself. But if your down to earth and have a common sense mentally you will flourish in this accommodation.

Clean spacious apartment. Very convenient and close to downtown Houston. Price was very affordable vs other options. Will definitely come back and use again.
