Ideal spot for a Dolomite experience

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and well equipped and with a great balcony to sit out on. Hosts pleasant and welcoming. Huge and secure underground parking. Very handy bread delivery service and good bread too. Great location for accessing the various lift stations and excellent walking. We had a great time there.

Ski holidays

The appartement was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. We could park our car in the garage underneath the building. Every day we could order bread for breakfast and/or lunch. It’s a few minutes driving to Ortisei. It’s easier and cheaper than taking the bus.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Im wunderschönen Grödnertal gelegenes Haus mit 4 Ferienwohnungen und Tiefgarage für alle Gäste. Brötchen- und Brotservice, Waschküche, beheizter Skikeller, es war alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub einfacher macht. Gut ausgestattete und geräumige Wohnung, bequeme Betten, dazu eine überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die immer ansprechbar war. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Einfach toll

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und gleich mit guten Hinweisen beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Den Brötchendienst fanden wir sehr toll. Die gesamte Umgebung, sowie die Ausflüge, die wir hier per öffentlichen Fahrzeugen (Haltestelle gleich gegenüber) oder eigenem Auto, welches sonst in der Tiefgarage im Haus stand, ist traumhaft. Der Standort war auch für unsere Ausflüge sehr zentral und wir haben viel gesehen und mit Kindern schöne Wanderwege erkundet. Alles in Allem: Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir hoffen, dass wir wieder mal da Urlaub machen können. Vielen Dank.

Great escape

We enjoyed our stay here very much, starting with a warm welcome from the owners’ delightful daughters. The views from the balcony were mesmerizing, the quality and comfort superb. The fresh mountain air and proximity to great mountain peaks and charming towns were great. A great week all around, great hiking, very good dining and the best pastries ! Thank you!

Erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Liegt leider an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Bei geöffneten Fenster teilweise laute Strassengeräuche. (Motorräder, LKW´s) Vorteil: kostenlose Busbenutzung und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

We would happily stay there again. We wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the villages yet close by. Super Urlaub bei Apartments Rabanser

Wir haben den Urlaub bei Fam. Rabanser sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Skistall stand auch zur Verfügung wo wir nach dem Skifahren unsere Skischuhe zum trocknen geben und am nächsten Tag in die warmen Skischuhe schlüpfen konnten. Dies war sehr wichtig für meine Frau, denn Sie hat immer kalter Füße. Fantastisch war vor allem, dass direkt neben dem Haus der Gratis-Skibus startete, von dem wir die Skipisten bequem erreichen konnten. Der Brötchenservice war auch super, jeden Morgen bekamen wir frisches Brot vor die Haustür geliefert. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gaben uns viele Tips zum Skifahren, Wandern und Rodeln. Das Wetter war hervorragend, wir hatten die ganze Woche strahlenden Sonnenschein, einfach herrlich. Vielen Dank liebe Gastgeber für die liebevolle Betreuung und wir kommen das nächste Jahr wieder.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir haben in dieser kleinen, aber feinen und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung einen - leider etwas kurzen - Urlaub im wunderschönen Grödnertal verbracht. Die Wohnung war ideal für 2 Personen, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in idealer Lage, um das Grödnertal kennen zu lernen. Die Vermieterfamilie war sehr nett, wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt bei ihnen. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollte die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, die es durch Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs ermöglicht hat, den eigenen PKW in der Tiefgarage stehen zu lassen. Das in nur 5 Gehminuten erreichbare Gasthaus rundet den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Fazit: Ein gelungener, erholsamer Aktivurlaub bei sehr netten Vermietern in einer schmucken Ferienwohnung - was will man mehr! Da wir noch weitere Touren im Grödnertal erwandern wollen, werden wir uns gerne an diese FeWo erinnern...!!! D.h., wir kommen wieder!

Perfect accommodation, great value for money

The house of the Rabanser family with 4 apartments is perfectly situated, some 4 km down the valley from Ortisei, in St. Peter im Tal. Me and my wife spent 8 nights in a 2-bed apartment. The apartment was spacious: kitchen/dining room of about 12 m2 (4x3), bedroom also about 12 m2 (4x3), a large balcony along both the kitchen and the bedroom (accessed from the kirchen), and a spacious bathroom (incl. shower, toilet, bidet and a sink). The kitchen, apart from all necessary crockery, the fridge and electric stove, is equipped with a microwave oven and the dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. Heating is excellent (floor type), and it is quite warm at all times, especially in the bathroom. Another great thing is the garage and ski storage in the basement, as well as free use of all buses (skibuses and public buses) with the Val Gardena Mobil Card which we got from our landlords Daniela and Ossi Rabanser. Our car remained in the garage throughout the whole stay in Val Gardena, and the stop of the public bus (line 350) is just outside the house. The public bus to Ortisei, St. Christina and Selva passes once an hour (13 mins after the full hour according to the time schedule which is followed strictly), and we used it every day for reaching the skilifts in the valley (14 mins by bus to Ortisei, about 40 mins to Selva - we were on the lifts in Ortisei at about 8.40, and in Selva for instance at about 9.00). There is a bus once an hour also back to the house from Ortisei, St. Christina and Selva - just follow the schedule (which you will get from Daniela and Ossi, also available on valgardena.it and on the stops) and you won't miss it. There are numerous skibuses in Ortisei, St. Christina and Selva, as well as the skibus express line 352 running through the valley down to Ortisei, so you don't have to wait for the bus back home for long - if you are in Selva or St. Christina after skiing, you can use the skibus 352 to reach Ortisei, and wait there for the 350 bus to St. Peter im Tal. The ski storage is also in the basement of the Rabanser house. Heaters for ski boots are also available, and every morning you get into warmed ski boots. Bread service at the house is available every morning except Sunday. Supermarkets are in Ortisei, and we used the time while waiting for the bus back home to buy what we need. We loved every minute in Val Gardena,not only for the skiing which was perfect, but mostly for the hospitality of Mr. and Mrs. Rabanser.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, komplett und die Lage war einfach toll, die Busahlte ist am Tür. Fast jeder Tag (Sonntags nicht) könnten wir fresches Brot bestellen bei der Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!

Rundum zum Wohlfühlen

Im Apartmenthaus Rabanser fanden wir eine sehr gepflegte, saubere Ferienwohnung vor, die praktisch und durchdacht eingerichtet ist. Die stets freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Art des Vermieterehepaares rundete unseren positiven Eindruck ab, so dass wir uns von Anfang an heimisch gefühlt haben. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar wenige Kilometer entfernt, doch mit dem Bus (Haltestelle vor dem Haus, mit Gästekarte Nutzung kostenlos) oder PKW schnell erreichbar.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Vielen Dank an die Familie für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wihnung ist absolut top gepflegt und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten selten solch eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt darüber hinaus sehr zentral und man ist mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Tür hält gut im ganzen Grödnertal unterwegs und kann das Auto in der Garage lassen. Der Brötchenservice ist ein schönes Extra. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die laute Strasse morgens und abends, wenn der Durchgangsverkehr da ist. Die Fenster sind jedoch top isoliert. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestort, dafür waren wir eben so zentral und kamen selbst auch immer gut weg. Von daher: absolut empfehlenswert - nicht zuletzt dank der unglaublich netten Gastgeber, die für uns auch den ein oder anderen Wandertipp parat hatten. Danke!
