On the outskirts of the idyllic holiday village of Puddeminer Wiek, the end-of-row house Holunder 3 welcomes you—surrounded by expansive countryside, fresh Baltic Sea air, and the peaceful atmosphere of the island’s southern region. Here, families can enjoy a getaway filled with warmth, comfort, and a connection to nature.

The house offers space for up to six guests across three floors. On the ground floor, the open living area with a cosy sofa nook, wood-burning stove, and flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen and the bright dining area make cooking and dining together a pleasure. From here, you can step out onto the sunny terrace—a wonderful place to unwind or let the day come to a close.

A modern shower room is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with a tub. The attic is a cosy retreat with two single beds—ideal for children or friends.

In this family-friendly holiday village, a playground and three communal barbecue areas provide variety and opportunities to socialise.
A washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a parking space are available free of charge.

Please note: Pets are not allowed in this house—so even those with allergies can find a carefree retreat here.

Zur Lage nur 2 Sterne für u s persönlich, für jemanden der seine Ruhe haben möchte ist die Lage Top, für uns war alles etwas zu weit weg ( meist 40 Minute Autofahrt), doch für Leute die gern ihre Ruhe haben möchten ist die Lage sehr gut nur für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht. Man musste halt schon ein Auto vor Ort haben. Sonst alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub als Familie, Top ausgestattetes Haus, Internet leider eher weniger, aber das wird ja bereits behoben. Sehr freundliche Menschen , tolle Natur, schöne Strände, viele Aktivitäten für Familien ,mit Fahrzeit. Trotz des wirklich eher mauen Wetters haben wir unsere Familienzeit sehr genossen.
