Suite was clean, excellent neighborhood, felt safe. Host communication was great. Check in process was easy. Location was great, close to freeway, restaurants, stores, and my destination. Bedroom bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable could feel the metal in the mattress. Had to fold it up and sleep on it like a couch. My biggest, the issue was being able to hear everything from inside the house where I was staying. Each morning I was woken up early.

I'm sorry the noise affected your stay. We do mention the property's quiet hours in the listing, but I understand that doesn't make the disturbance any less frustrating when it happens. To help make up for the inconvenience, we've already issued a partial refund.
