The spacious 80 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern holiday complex and can accommodate up to 4 people. You’ll find two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and an additional bathroom. The bright living area, with a comfortable sofa nook and a wood-burning stove, is perfect for relaxing evenings—especially after an eventful day enjoying the fresh North Sea air.

Thanks to the wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, and central heating, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living environment all year round. The apartment is a non-smoking property and ideal for families—your pet is also welcome.

Cooking & Dining

The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for your stay: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available to help you start your day off right. Dishes, silverware, and a wide range of kitchen utensils are, of course, provided.

The location is ideal: the beach and the sea are just about 500 m away. The popular family-friendly lagoon Perlebucht is also just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for swimming and recreational fun. Restaurants (approx. 400 m) and shopping (approx. 700 m) are within easy reach. The centre of Büsum is about 2,200 m away.
