This charming, non-smoking penthouse apartment is located on the 8th floor of the “Haus am Meer,” right on the spa promenade. The apartment is approximately 30 square metres in size and furnished for 1–2 people.

In the white-tiled hallway area, there is a bright kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bright and modern shower room features a spacious walk-in double shower, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a sink with a vanity cabinet. The living room has white and blue PVC flooring. It also features a new sleeper sofa (140x200), a dining table with two chairs, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a workspace, and a large balcony with a view of Westerland and the island of Sylt. Free Wi-Fi access (subject to availability) is available throughout the house.
