Enttäuschende Wohnsituation

Zum 3. mal auf der Insel. Mit früheren Erfahrungen darum ein Appartement mit Aufzug (aufgrund körperlicher Beschwerden) gewählt. Bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel und Unterlagen war die Freude noch gross. Dann mussten wir feststellen, dass der Aufzug seit vielen Tagen nicht funktionierte, das blieb auch während des ganzen 18 tägigen Aufenthaltes so. Auf unserem Balkon im 4. Stock war ein Notgerüst mit Abdeckung aufgebaut….. es befand sich ein grosses Bauloch vor unserer Wohnseite. Hätte man uns das in den Tagen vor unserer Anreise mitgeteilt, hätten wir auf die Buchung verzichtet.
