This bright, well-equipped one-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the "Haus am Meer" building and has approximately 34 m² of living space. The west-facing balcony offers a stunning view of the lake. A well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom round out the picture

Apartment 2-70 is a modern 1-room apartment measuring 34 square metres, featuring a bright shower room and a kitchen newly installed in 2024, which now also includes a dishwasher. The living room features a flat-screen TV, a dining area by the window facing the lake, and a white apartment wall with single fold-out beds. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building (subject to availability). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the “Haus am Meer” at Andreas Dirks-Str. 14. The west-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing and offers a great view of the North Sea.
Pets are not allowed.

Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3 terry cloth hand towels, 1 large bath towel, 1 shower mat, 2 tea towels, 1x bed sheet, 1x bedding set

Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided in the apartment as a starter kit.

A parking space can be rented separately.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine schöne Woche mit ziemlich gutem, aber auch kaltem Wetter. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Friedrichstraße, dem Strand und auch der Strandstraße ist echt optimal. Wir würden das Appartement glatt wieder nehmen.
