Sehr geehrte Frau Loy. sehr geehrte Mitarbeiter von "Hoch im Norden". Zum wiederholten Male hatten..
Sehr geehrte Frau Loy. sehr geehrte Mitarbeiter von "Hoch im Norden".
Zum wiederholten Male hatten wir in den Nordland Appartments eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Selbst in der Coronazeit waren wir treue Feriengäste.
Wir haben gewusst was die Wohnung so zu bieten hatte. Allerdings hatten wir erwartet, dass das defekte Licht über den Schrankklappbetten mitlerweile repariert wäre.
Es wäre schön gewesen auch mal im Bett noch ein wenig zu lesen. Schade!
Die kleine Leuchte auf dem Rollwagen/Nachttisch war ebenso reparaturbefürftig. Der Lampenschirm ist lose. geleuchtet hat sie immerhin.
In der Küche ist der Müllsammelbehälter - schon seit längerem- nicht mehr ganz intakt. Das Plastik ist brüchig; hinzu kam dieses Mal, dass die Griffleiste für eben diesen Mülleimer nicht sehr ( ! ) sauber war. Habe mir aber die Putzarbeit gespart ---- bin ja im Urlaub ---. und den Müllt so wie er bei uns anfiel , sofort entsorgt.
Die Lage der Wohnung zusammen mit dem Schwimmbad im Keller haben uns -wie immer - für die eben aufgeführten Mängel entschädigt.
Die frühere Belegungsregelung fürs Schwimmbad per Listeneintrag war super und hat verhindert, dass sich viele (!) Gäste gleichzeitig das Schwimmbad teilen mussten und damit auch eine gewisse Privatshäre ermöglicht.
Sehr gefreut hat uns auch die großzügige Bereitstellung der Handtücher für Bad und Strand sowie für die Küche. Dass wir nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes frische Bettwäsche bekamen hatten wir nicht erwartet. Super schön. Die Überraschung als die Wäsche vor der Wohnungstür stand war riesengroß. Danke !
Eine wunderbare Überraschung waren auch die Naturalien. Die Idee mit den Spaghetti und der Tomatensoße war großartig. Herzlichen Damk dafür!
Wir werden sicher wieder auf die Insel und in die Nordlandappartments kommen. Föhr ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Kritikpunkte . ...sollen kleine Verbesserungen ermöglichen.
