Well equipped Villa in central location

Clean & tidy property in small village centrally located to see the island. Large comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. To make this property better for UK visitors a Smart TV with Apps, Netflix, catch up programmes plus streaming would be best. The only programmes are all in German. Felt the terrace would benefit from a roof covering.

Local shop in village a short walk from property. Two major supermarkets a fifteen minute drive. There are several good restaurants within a 20 minute drive. Property is accessed via owner's entrance, with an independent (locking) pedestrian gate near the front door. We felt very secure, especially with the owner's large friendly/playful dog in attendance. The property is clean, tidy and well cared for both inside and out. Cooking facilities and equipment are adequate and there is a choice of internal or external dining areas. The beds could be more comfortable, although the rooms are light and airy with rugs on the tiled floor to add comfort on the coolest mornings. There is a generous amount of closet space comprising shelves and hanging. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with enough room to add either a good-sized shower cubicle or bidet, or both in place of the bath with shower attachment. The shower attachment is adequate in terms of temperature and quantity of water flow. Anneliese, the host, is very friendly and helpful with an abundance of information about the surrounding area.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt. Sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr schöner Außenbereich. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, so dass man auch prima selbst kochen kann. Aber auch sonst lässt die Finca keine Wünsche offen. On top ist auch unsere Gastgeberin Anneliese “Kategorie 5 Sterne”. Organisation & Austausch auch persönlich sehr angenehm. Wir waren rundum wirklich sehr zufrieden und haben uns super erholt.

Eine richtige Oase

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Februar/März 2025 in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Nur 15min vom Flughafen entfernt und doch weit ab von den Touristen Hochburgen Calde de Fuste und Corralejo. Das ruhige Dörfchen Triquivijate liegt zentral und optimal, um viele interessante Orte in kurzer Zeit erreichen zu können. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme, schnelles Internet, viel Lesestoff und schöne Sonnenaufgänge von der Dachterrasse aus machen den Aufenthalt perfekt.Auch das Außengelände ist wunderschön gestaltet. Eine richtige Oase mit Palmen, Blumen und einer großen Terrasse mit vielen Gartenmöbeln zum entspannen. Anneliese ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Besitzerin, die jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit war. Wir können diese Oase "Aura" nur weiter empfehlen.

Uitstekend

De bungalow ligt perfect in een rustig dorp in het midden van het eiland. Het terrein eromheen is groot en daar woont ook de eigenaresse. Het huisje heeft zijn eigen tuin. Alles perfect onderhouden en erg schoon en comfortabel. Anneliese en haar zoon Cederic zijn uiterst behulpzaam en erg aardig en willen dat de gasten het fijn hebben. Wij waren er een maand en komen volgende winter weer terug.

Magnifique maison de vacances

Cette maison est parfaite, l'équipement est complet. Rien ne manque. Elle permet de profiter du calme, de se reposer loin de l'effervescence des hauts lieux touristiques. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter l'île en faisant des excursions d'une journée. Anneliese et Cédéric sont très accueillants, toujours prêts à nous aider, à donner de bonnes adresses sans être invasifs. Les circonstances ont fait que nous pouvons certifier qu'ils sont d'une générosité, d'une bienveillance hors du commun. Nous n'espérons qu'une chose c'est pouvoir revenir un jour.

Eines der besten Ferienhäuser, das wir je hatten. Alles (Innen-/Außenbereich, Ausstattung, elektrische Geräte, usw.) macht einen super sauberen und gepflegen Eindruck. Ruhige Lage mit geruhsamen Schlaf. Auch bei der Ausstattung fehlte es für uns an nichts. Ein Haus, dass wir rundum empfehlen können. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundliche und war bei Fragen stets erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Zeit auf Fuerteventura

Wir verbrachten 2 1/2 Wochen in dieser außerordentlich schönen Casa, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet, und betreut von unserer sehr netten und aufmerksamen Gastgeberin Anneliese. Das Haus ist perfekt zentral gelegen für Ausflüge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden der Insel und eine Oase der Ruhe, wenn man vom Trubel am Sttand zurückkehrt. Wir werden im kommenden Jahr sicher wiederkommen, da uns dieses Haus so gut gefallen hat.

Für uns hatte das Ferienhaus eine ideale zentrale Lage um die ganze Insel mit Wanderungen kennenzulernen, Das FH selbst ist sowohl im Innen- als auch Aussenbereich außerordentlich geschmackvoll und großzügig gestaltet! Très contents!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Anneliese. Le logement est très bien situé car central cela nous a permis de faire tout le tour de l'île très facilement. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la terrasse en haut du logement avec une vue splendide. Anneliese a tout fait pour nous permettre de passer un excellent séjour. Merci à elle et nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement!
