This canal-front home features a private dock and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across two well-planned levels. The lower level offers a private guest suite with two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchenette, and a cozy TV/family room—perfect for extended family or multigenerational stays. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private ensuite, along with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, laundry area, and a spacious screened porch overlooking peaceful water views. Fish and crab right off the dock. Or drop in your kayak or paddle boards for a day on the water. A foosball table and video games will keep you entertained after a day on the beach. Pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible, this home is designed for comfort and ease. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
