The modern "Helmes Hus" holiday home, measuring approximately 60 square metres and accommodating up to 4 people, is located in the heart of Horumersiel.
The holiday home is situated in a quiet and central location. The town centre, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The surrounding green spaces also offer plenty of opportunities for your four-legged friend to enjoy a nice walk.

You can access the holiday home through the garden from the dead-end street or via the side path

The open-concept living and kitchen area is flooded with light thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows.
A cosy sofa, an armchair, and the dining set in the living room invite you to relax comfortably.
Even the little ones can take a seat here in the high chair provided free of charge.

The adjoining bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding glass door.
A double bed and a spacious wardrobe are available for your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen-diner has everything you need for cooking together in the evenings.

The bathroom, which gets plenty of natural light, features a spacious shower and a wall mirror.
The washing machine in the bathroom is available for your use

In the separate children’s room with a desk, a single bed with a pull-out function provides space for 2 children or teenagers.
A free baby cot is also available here.

In the garden, the beach chair and sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun.
Those who prefer the shade will find a cosy spot under the covered patio with a seating area.
The entire garden is fenced in so that children and pets can enjoy their time in the garden undisturbed.
In the adjoining storage room next to the patio, you’ll find a freezer and a dryer.

You can store your bicycles in the designated tool shed.
A handcart is available free of charge for a walk to the beach or for shopping.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium bed linens and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You will need one linen package per person.
Each premium bedding package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed
Each premium towel set contains: 1x large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of laundry packages booked): 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2x tea towels

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
