We welcome guests year-round. Our comfortable Katamaran holiday home, featuring a terrace, a fireplace grill, and patio furniture, is located just 100 metres from the beautiful lake.
A road with walking and biking paths (approx. 1,800 m) leads to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The entrance to the private property is through an electric roll-up gate, which can be easily opened with a remote control. Our semi-detached house offers you not only plenty of cosiness across a total of 240 square metres, but also a quiet location where you can truly unwind after a day of sunbathing or a long hike.

Our Katamaran house offers comfortable interior amenities in both halves of the property.
This house includes parking spaces, a separate outdoor grill area, and a shared children’s playground in a fully fenced-in outdoor area.
To ensure our guests can continue to enjoy their online activities, the house offers free Wi-Fi.
The town of Zastań (near Międzywodzie) is a quiet, idyllic location in the immediate vicinity of three beautiful bodies of water: the Baltic Sea, Lake Koprowo, and Caminner Haff.
The Baltic Sea beach, which offers families plenty of space for activities in the summer and attracts those seeking peace and quiet in the fall and winter, is just a few minutes away.
A small playground with a slide, a swing, and a climbing wall is also available for our youngest guests.
Numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, supermarkets, and more can be found in the centre of Międzywodzie during the summer months.
Except during peak season, it’s very quiet and peaceful here.
