Welcome to "La Toscavera - I Tre Archi," your holiday oasis of well-being in the heart of Tuscany, offering indescribably beautiful views. <br><br>By exclusively booking the estate for one or more weeks, you and your family and friends can enjoy absolute peace and privacy.<br><br>Unwind in our 15x8-metre, sunny, and—depending on the season—heated* panoramic pool with Roman steps, and enjoy the view of the dreamlike rolling hills of the fascinating Val di Cecina from there or from the sun loungers.<br><br>* Please enquire here about the surcharge/additional costs<br><br>Our estate, “La Toscavera,” is located in the province of Pisa, just 5 minutes from Pomarance and only 15 minutes from the Etruscan city of Volterra—a jewel among Tuscany’s attractions—and is also close to to many other Tuscan attractions and beautiful historic cities, such as: San Gimignano—49 km, Siena—69 km, Pisa—75 km, and Florence—98 km, all of which are must-see destinations. <br><br>Our estate is surrounded by a 300-square-meter garden featuring typical Tuscan vegetation and 15 hectares of land, dotted with a large olive grove and vineyards planted with Sangiovese, Merlot, and Vermentino, from which we produce high-quality cold-pressed olive oil and our own wine every year.<br><br>We have put together a booklet for you with a wide variety of suggestions for activities, including cultural tours, hiking, biking, the sea and beaches, restaurants, and wine tours.<br><br>For much of the year, the water is heated by a solar water heating system.<br><br>Pets are welcome on our estate upon special request and with prior approval! <br><br>"La Toscavera" features 2 mini-suites, each consisting of two adjoining rooms, as well as 5 double rooms and 1 single room. All our rooms have an en suite private bathroom with a toilet and shower, air conditioning, a safe, a TV, and Wi-Fi.<br><br>You’ll also find a superbly equipped professional kitchen, as well as an outdoor grill area complete with a pizza oven. <br><br>On the covered sun terrace, you can enjoy the day in the shade and experience the beautiful Tuscan sunsets in the evening.<br><br><br>Shopping and charming local restaurants are just about 5 minutes away.<br><br>The driveway to the house is pleasant and paved with gravel.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you and receiving your booking, and we’re always available to answer any questions!
